A lovely little gem 5 minutes from town centre by foot, with excellent facilities all recently fitted to a high standard, just like the pictures shown online. Very clean too which we found reassuring, the garden area is private and a sun trap in the afternoon when you want some down time from sightseeing and roaming about.
The local shops are a short walk away Lidl being the nearest and a lot more in the centre of town itself, although I would recommend a small ruck sack as the easiest method of transporting rattling bottles. We also had a car which allowed us to shop at larger supermarkets, parking outside the property is easy enough paying 2 euro each evening to cover parking on pleasant residential street. The beaches are excellent and Tracey and Fabrice give good advice on which ones to head out for. Montpellier itself is a busy enough place the best mature evening café experiences to be found in the back streets of the cathedral. We would also like to thank our hosts Tracey and Fabrice for their warm welcome and advice to two novice travellers to France.
