this restauaant, in the magical village of collieure, was the best seafood restaurant ever. the host and hostess were enchanting, the food was amazing. we enjoyed the plate of lobster, scallops, prawns, mussels, and squid; and also a plate of fillets of sea bass and dorado. not to be missed is the anchovies duex for a starter, the perfect tapa and mixed with red bell pepper in a sweet olive oil; better than my poor words can describe. the wines were lovely and well priced. the desert was a chocolate bombe which was matched with a caramel accesory and apricot ice cream. do try the banyules wine with desert, like a port but lighter and happier!! we will return tomorrow for lunch before sadly leaving for our next destination.
