From the moment we arrived (half an hour early because we got the time wrong), Yolande was a warm and gracious host to our party of six (Canadian, French and Australian). We started with a cocktail made from a sugared violet, and moved on to significant portions of cream of asparagus soup, wild salmon with spring vegetables, and the main of perfectly cooked duck. This was complemented by a wonderful selection of paté, cheese, dessert, and delicious wines from the region. The price per head was well under €50, exceptional value. Well worth the drive from anywhere in the region. I will return!
