On Sunday Sept 23rd we visited this restaurant to have dinner.
It was TOP, dinner (home made kitchen) as well as the welcome by the owners.
We will surely visit this cosy restaurant again! 10/10

Lots of nice modern restaurants etc. in Carcassone.Thank goodness I had seen this place on Trip Advisor, we went twice during our week there, the first time on a day when nowhere else seemed to be open, but glad we did.
Old fashioned, cosy and traditional, great food and value for money. Friendly, welcoming owner who is a great chef, and loves his work.

Excellent menu, varied options
With English translations. Also English speaking chef/host.
Freshly cooked, homemade food which was delicious.
Recommend the Cafe Gourmand as a dessert, very tasty.
Prices very reasonable for area and very good attentive service.
Would visit again.
Closed on Monday (?), check with restaurant as lots of restaurants closed on Monday in Carcassonne.

Small friendly resaurant, 6 tables only. Ran by an elderly couple, you feel you are in grandmas kitchen. Child friendly menu, our picky eaters devoured their tarte flambee. Their onion tarte entree is smoky, velvety, crispy, out of this world!
We got the 14 euro menu which included entree, main dish and dessert. We came out feeling we had had delicious french food for a great price.

We visited in June so we sat outside and we had a great evening. The menu has Alsace influences and lots of variety with a surprise or two. We all chose something different but all loved their choices. The highlight was the service and interaction with the owner. He was very interesting and welcoming for 3 Aussies in Carcassonne. We will go back next year for sure.
