Great restaurant in the old Cite of Carcassonne.
My wife and I enjoyed a lovely dinner here on a very chilly night in Carcassonne..
In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, we enjoyed the lobster salad, seared foie gras with foie gras ravioli in a foie gras demiglace as starters. I enjoyed an excellent cassoulet and my wife had the duck in a raspberry vinegar sauce.
Try the chocolate bombe for dessert!
