Olivia is a lovely genuine person and a wonderful guide. We have travelled to many countries, with various guides, and we think Olivia is one of the best. Olivia picked us up from Avignon and made the journey into a tour to Carcassonne where we were staying 5 nights. She also organised two half day trips to local and very interesting places and then took us on to Toulouse Airport. Olivia is so knowledgeable and shares her incredibly interesting information in a story-telling way, which is very captivating. So many times we have done tours but only remember a tiny portion of what we have been told - but Olivia made the history come alive and we learnt so much from her. Key to being a great guide is having good and safe driving skills - Olivia is an excellent driver, even when others on the road are not so aware, and we felt very safe with her at all times. It was hot a few days and raining on another day - the vehicle is well equipped and every passenger has their own climate control vents so the journey is very comfortable. We didn't do a wine tour but Olivia gave us lots of recommendations and explanations anyway - thanks for introducing us to the excellent range of Minervois red wines Olivia!

We chose the Carcassone city tour, with lake swim and vineyard tour. It was excellent. Olivia was knowledgeable, friendly and informative and the day was well planned and interesting. The vineyard tour was definitely a highlight!

Our two tours with Olivia, the first a morning walk around Carcassonne and the second, an all day tour taking in Cathar castles, medieval villages and wine tasting at a vineyard were excellent. Olivia knows her history and made us feel she was a friend showing us the sights of her region rather than just another tour guide. I would recommend her highly. Alex
