This restaurant is located about 5-10 minute walk from the main square. The main square is quaint and charming but not for food which I was told was a tourist trap. It's nowhere near as crowded as the touristy restaurants and the food was excellent.
We all had the plats du jour: my friends opted for the fish which they really enjoyed and I had a trio of grilled meats. Again, excellent. The meals come with delicious side dishes. for appetizer, we shared a cooked brie served with camarelized onions and bread. That was excellent too, very rich!
I would go back in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anybody. Plenty of room and airy in case you're with a family. The only negative is that the service is a little slow.

We had the €14.50 lunch menu with starters of tomato carpaccio and a salad or sea flan which turned out to be a soufflé flavoured with mussels and mushrooms - a surprisingly good combination. The main course was either fillet of merlu (hake) or chicken brochette both of which were cooked and presented well. Dessert was either fromage blanc with honey or lemon meringue tart. Service was a bit slow by I'd still highly recommend it. The restaurant is located in a pleasant square with a fountain a short distance from the main tourist area. Park in the car park to the south of the town and and it is a short walk from the southern entrance.

We stumbled on this restaurant which is outside of the tourist area
and loved it so much that we returned 3 nights in a row. I would return just to eat their Gazpacho!

Fantastic value for a delicious meal. I had the menus de marche - three courses for €14.50. There is no choice (apart from the deserts) and what you get clearly depends on what was best value for the restaurant that day. In my case prawns followed by sea bass -both beautifully cooked and presented. Friendly staff and beautiful setting in an old square slightly off the beaten track.

Having booked for 8 people unfortunately 6 of us were stuck in traffic and were arriving 30mins late. We phones to warn the restaurant and even gave our order to the 2 members of the party who had arrived on time. Before we could get to the restaurant we met our friends who had been thrown out as the party were not all there! The restaurant management were unapologetic and positively rude.
