This was very close to the palace and considering the price of things in Versailles, it’s very good value. I stayed during a heat wave and even with the desk fan provided, it was pretty sheltering. If you’re staying during temperatures of 25 degrees plus, make sure you ask for a fan.

Simple. Easy. Clean. Super friendly staff. So close to everything. Great find. We only stayed one night but would have been happy to stay all week. Simple breakfast for 11 euro. Nothing bad about this place at all.

I stayed 2 nights during hot summer. The rooms do not have AC, so it was a sweatening experience. No only that, but my room didn't have a window, so no chance for fresh air either. Really small bathroom; you need to think twice where you turn when you enter, because as soon as you're in, you'll have a hard time to turn around. The staff is kind, though. It also has a small garden where you can have your breakfast.

Room tip: Don't pick room #20!

Manager and staff very accomadating, made my wifes birthday special, we will be back, looked after our bags as versailles has a big bag ban policy, Quite Understandable after recent events. The owner is a credit to hoteliers and being an ex General Manager myself i can see he has managed to employ genuine nice people that really like their work and go the extra mile naturally! Wonderful

Room tip: Speak to the staff they will be honest and advise

We stumbled on this hotel when we arrived in Versailles and found the staff extremely helpful, especially when in booking our tickets to the Chateau and gardens online. As well as enabling us to stay the 2nd night, despite not originally having the space. They were also happy to make us stronger than usual coffee in the mornings.
The location is great, a stone's throw from the chateau and other historic attractions.

The reason I didn't give it 5*s is simply that the room was small (although the bed was very comfortable). While the carpet/decor was slightly tired, but the place was clean.

However taking all this into account the price was good value, which means I would certainly go back as well as recommend it to others if looking for a lower priced option in an expensive area
