You don't go to an Hard Rock Cafe for food. You go because you know what you get. Fast food and Drinks. The price is in every Hard Rock Cafe the same too expensive for the food.
We had to wait 40min. for a table. The service was good. We had a bottle of white wine, the Jumbo Combo Starter (for 2) and 2 Cesar salat for 81.- EUR.
The staff is friendly and if you tell them it's your bday you get a free ice cream. Insinde it is loud and crowded try to get a table upstairs.

I don't go to the hard rock for top quality food.
I go for the atmosphere.
Last time I was in Paris this place was just being built.
I liked it, god atmosphere, excellent service from James, and thank you William for playing a song for me.
The food was what we expected, had maybe a margarita to many for lunchtime, but I was on vacation.
And my niece has another glass for her collection, and me another tee shirt.
Keep it up guys

a pint of beer, glass of wine and a lemonade was 18 euros, need i say more! food was just ok but again really pricey. paris is very expensive in the tourist areas but you can do much better than this if you do some research. we just opted for hard rock the first night as a safe option but that was a mistake.
we made an online priority booking which does not guarantee you a time but is supposed to bump you up the list, when we arrived the girl on the desk said 15 min wait (to get you to the bar i think). 30 mins later i asked her how much longer and she said that she told me 30 mins when we arrived, we were just getting into a bit of an argument (which i was probably spoiling for after paying 9 euros for a pint) when soemone stepped in quickly and showed us to our table! so much for the customer is always right and my entire family heard her say 15 min wait!

I am very sorry to hear that your visit to the Hard Rock Cafe in Paris was so dissappointing to the level that you believe that you were "ripped off" I understand being angry about miscommunication of a wait time for a table, for that I have no excuse as we are used to dealing with high volumes of guests and indeed if we are expecting people to wait for a table we are obliged to give them the correct time especially when they have made the effort to go on internet to be on our jump the queue list, as yourselves. I apologise for this mistake. I also realise that we can be perceived as being expensive especially as you say, 9 euros for a pint. We try our hardest to give the best quality products for the best price in our marketplace, if you compare us against other restaurants of the same size in the same area in Paris, we are the same price or cheaper than our competitors. However other bars do Happy Hours and we do not, this is something we are working on for the future.

Having never visited a HRC before, and also read reviews on standard/prices of food we weren't expecting much, however our son had asked to visit for his 14th birthday on 23/8/13 so off we set to find it! Directions on a leaflet we picked up were spot on.....directly opposite grand boulevard metro station. On first arriving thought it closed as so quiet but once through doors realised it wasn't, music and atmosphere as expected! Asked to view menu before getting a table which wasn't a problem for staff then realised prices were on parr with other restaurants in the city (16/17 euros for a burger) so decided to stay. We were shown to our table and introduced to our waiter -Rod who couldn't have been more helpful or friendly!! Rod was great with our sons and made our whole experience fantastic. Food lovely....better than other food we had ate in the city.....non alcoholic cocktail enjoyed by our boys also and u get a free glass as souvenir!! Our boys loved going around the restaurant and taking pictures that was encouraged by staff. All in all an excellent experience - thank you Rod and HRC for making our sons birthday so fun (although we didn't inform of his birthday as it wasn't 'cool' we did see staff singing happy birthday to other guests)!

Like all street side cafes there is an expectation. Sometimes not really capable of being defined but a certain charm mixed with business with a dash of look-see attitude. Regrettably the Hard Rock street had little of any of these except the look-see in your wallet to see if you had enough to pay for the meal. Younger groups charged in and out of the restaurant and the street was set up for those wishing to not be exposed to interior noise.
The menu is strictly Hard Rock which means almost nothing to an original offering of any sort. The drink menu totally predictable which leads the reader to wonder, 'well what did you expect, it's the Hard Rock' to which the answer is, its in Paris not Jasper, IN. Appologies to Jasper. Service was not good and of course adding all this up, the bill was predictable, mon dieu'!
