We loved the ambiance of this homey and unpretentious restaurant, and the proprietress could not have been warmer or more accommodating. The toasters on every table for the foie gras are a nice touch and unusual. The entire menu is devoted to duck, which is fine for those of us who love it. One little gripe: the cassolet was not 100 percent authentic, and for purists like us, this was a disappointment. However, the wine, atmosphere and staff made for a lovely experience.
