“STick to what you might be good at”
Reviewed September 3, 2013

Okay i read the great reviews for the gelato and I have no comments on that but we did try the macroons and the crepes - two words for you stay away. Besides making a hole in your pocket which is fine as long as it is enjoyable - i have only one thing to say do not - i repeat do not try their macroons - they are three times the price of the shop opposite at Pauls and way worse - looked stale and frozen and not tasty at all. The crepes were the worst on this street of good restaurants and creperies. The readymade crepe came out of some frozen closet and then the nutella was plonked in the center and there you go. the worst crepe and macroons in paris by a wide margin. Maybe go for the gelato as other people suggest but the two items above stay away away away and give your money to a street entertainer or some other better use.
by far most disappointing experience of a wonderful trip to Paris.

“Best Gelato Ever”
Reviewed September 3, 2013

Saw a line out the door so had to try it and came back every day left of our vacation. It was that good. We found out it was a chain which was great because they're all over Paris. Wish they'd come to Sacramento.

“Fantastic gelato! Better than in Italy!”
Reviewed September 3, 2013 via mobile

Went there once and were addicted. Tried the chocolate flavor-one of the best chocolate gelato I have ever eaten and I am a true chocoholic. My kids tried Alphonso mango flavor, vanilla as well Nutella flavor and they were awesome! Service wasn't bad but wasn't anything to write home about. Presentation on the gelato in the shape of flower an being able to choose more then two flavors even on a small come was fantastic. I choose Amorino's over any gelato anywhere!

“huge portions so beware!”
Reviewed August 30, 2013

what a place! Small it is but packed with the most awesome flavours (not chemically a fab zingy fresh taste). Being a Brit I am used to a pot with my scoops plonked in & couldn't understand why the size was more important than what filling you want.... So, 1) realise you have to pick the sized tub 1st, then you can have as many flavours in it! Usually, you come out with a half empty pot in the U.K... Not here. Whatever size you choose, double the portion as the ice cream is piled high. Brilliant value, great choice!

“Great chocolate ice cream”
Reviewed August 27, 2013

Visited the branch near Notre Dame. The chocolate ice cream - not sure which one it was - was very creamy and had just the right amount of bitterness; tasted like chocolate mousse. The other ice creams I tasted weren't that amazing. It was quite expensive to eat here, and we were very disappointed that there were never any crepes available - poor form for a place located in Paris that displays crepes on the menu.
