“Perfect for us!”

We have stayed at this property twice, once in November 2016 and also 2017. Both visits were 2-3 weeks. We plan to return again in 2019.

The good:
1. Lovely apartment, decorated in a warm Parisian style with beautiful art painted by the host;
2. The apartment is spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you could need for a longer stay;
3. It is located on a quiet street, in a residential area, near Rue Cler, a wonderful shopping street, and the apartment building only has 4-6 suites so it is very quiet;
4. The host is so kind and generous and lives in the building to answer any qustions or concerns;
5. Great location, 10 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower, 20 minutes to Musee d’Orsay etc.;
6. Easy links to Charles de Gaulle, we used the Metro.

The bad!

Nothing is bad about this propert, this was perfect for is!

“It felt like home”

Probably one of the best locations in Paris.An 8-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. This apartment breathes warmth, cosiness and an architect's attention to the tiniest details. First, the incredibly comfortable king size bed, which combined with the very quiet neighborhood, make for a rare relaxing experience in the City of Light.
When it's coffee time, you'll have a choice of expresso or American coffee.
And if you like colors, this apartment is bathed with colors. Even your towel looks and smells great. It's a place that makes you love Paris even more.

Lovely, colorful apartment in convenient yet quiet neighborhood. Easy access to
Metro, walking distance to right bank, Eiffel Tower, student quarter as well as good restaurants and an outdoor market. The apartment is bright and comfortable.
Rafic and Jasmine are welcoming hosts and helpful guides. Would rebook on our next visit to Paris.

“Comfortable and welcoming home away from home”

Another visit to Paris and stay at this warm and comfortable apartment in the 7th. We are fortunate to have stayed here on several occasions and always feeling like it is our home away from home.

The apartment is roomy by Parisian standards, fully equipped, comfortable and very clean. When you walk in, you are greeted by bright color artwork and furniture decorations that give this charming apartment some spice and interest. The kitchen is well suited for preparing breakfast, and even a light lunch or dinner. There are several groceries and bakeries in the area to get your croissant fix for the morning.

The bedroom (bed) and linens are comfortable and relaxing after a long day of site seeing; and the bathroom is roomy as well.

Above all else, the hosts Rafic and Jasmine are kind and friendly hosts, always there to help or answer a question.

This apartment has it all, in a great location of Paris, close to all sites. You will enjoy your stay, and the beautiful city of lights.

Merci et a bientôt

“A special home in an ideal location in Paris.”

This home away from away was perfect for our family of three. Steps away from Rue Cler, the Eiffel Tower, the amazing La Boulangerie des Invalides and so many other wonderful places. Rafic and Jasmine have made this quaint apartment into a special oasis. A well stocked kitchen, lovely linens, comfortable beds and Rafic helped do our laundry so we didn't have to worry about it.

We received an email as soon as our reservation was made, giving us some helpful information. Then a day or so before we traveled Rafic called to wish us a safe trip and answer any questions. He confirmed our shuttle and when we arrived at the apartment we met this wonderful man. Rafic helped make our visit to Paris something extra special and we cannot thank him enough.
