“WOW- fully equipped apartment, blocks from Eiffel, SUPER hosts, comfy bed, quiet”

WOW, staying at Jasmine & Rafic's private apartment - truly in the heart of Paris - was exceptional. This is our first time to Airbnb. My husband and I are first time visitors to Paris, and this location and the surroundings in their home made for a delightful and exciting stay. It is restful to come home after a day of tourist dashing - which we did, so typical of first timers to Paris. The apartment is well appointed and there is no need to bring any extras. Beautiful art, furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen (even coffee for the Nespresso, seasonings, EVOO, dishes, pots/pans, toaster, et al...). The bed is super comfortable and I hope you have time to take a luxurious bath - the towels are premiere, more like bath sheets, resort robes, too if you like. We needed air conditioning and this worked great - as soon as we turned it on it cooled the room and the weather was hot on some days we stayed there! TV, WiFi, DVDs, CDs, all there if you decide to stay in for a bit. The most important part is how friendly and helpful the hosts are, and yet you have 100% privacy at all times. Our plans changed before our last day and Rafic and Jasmine helped out with additional planning we needed to do to finish out our European vacation. Rafic helped us call for the car to take us to the train station and gave us wonderful advice on the transfer from CDG airport to the apartment on our first day. When I requested the booking, I was surpised as Rafic contacted me within about 1/2 an hour. What can I say? I am spoiled by the luxury, the thoughtfulness, the superior accommodations and the beautiful apartment. Location means so much to us, and it is absolutely true that this apartment is located SO central to so many things you want to do in Paris - yet it is on a quiet residential street - steps away from Tour buses, metro, bike rental, historic attractions, restaurants, shops ... very walkable if you are inclined, everything is so close. Our hosts suggested a neighborhood area for shopping and dining - again, very close, a 4 minute walk - to Rue Cler. Also, the apartment is much bigger than we imagined. Awesome first experience and we would stay here again in a heartbeat if it's available and we're back in Paris.

“As wonderful as ever!”

This was our third stay in the apartment, having stayed in July and October previously. It was even more sparkling clean and welcoming than before (which I didn't think could be possible). Its in a perfect location for exploring and we spent much time walking along the Seine and going where the mood took us. Rafic and Jasmine are excellent, charming and discreet hosts, and helped us with restaurant suggestions which were all very good and so important when many of the places we'd usually go were closed due to the summer holiday. I couldn't recommend this as a place to stay highly enough - we'll definitely be back later in the year.

“Perfect Parisian getaway.”

This apartment is centrally located to everything, yet situated on a quiet residential street. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. It had everything we needed. Rafic and Jasmine were lovely hosts and helped us get the most out of our stay in Paris. We absolutely loved Rafic's tour of Paris at night. It was a highlight of our trip. Rue Cler is close by and offered cafes, a cheese shop, a fruit and vegetable market, and a bakery; all the makings for a perfect picnic under the Eiffel Tower. We will definitely be back.

“Second Stay and Still Perfect”

This was our second stay at this perfect apartment and it was everything that we remembered. The last time we stayed was in June 2016 so we were keen to return and explore more of Paris.
The apartment had everything you need and is in a great location for visiting anywhere in Paris with a lot of places within walking distance including the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. If you want to travel further the Metro is 5-10 minutes walk away.
There are plenty of great restaurants, cafes, bakeries and supermarkets very close by.
As usual Rafic was the perfect host, meeting is on arrival as planned and taking us on another of his brilliant tours on his car thus time including an excellent photography lesson.
We love Paris and this apartment makes it even more perfect.

“Beautiful, centrally located Paris flat”

We loved staying in this apartment. We walked all over Paris and really got a feel for the city. The flat is beautifully finished, very quiet and is located on a small street with little traffic noise. It is a short walk to the Seine, and Napoleon's tomb is only about a block away. The Eiffel tower is close by and you can often see it while walking. The outdoor market in the neighborhood, was a great way to spend a morning and buy some delicious food to eat at home. Jasmine and Rafic were wonderful hosts and helped us enjoy Paris to it's fullest!

We loved everything about this apartment and our experience with Jasmine and Rafic. They were splendid, friendly and attentive hosts who provided every answer to all of our questions. The apartment is in a fabulous area within walking distance of so many Paris sights and attractions. It has every convenience and was charming and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that the area was so quiet we could sleep with the windows open. This apartment was recommended to us by friends and we would definitely encourage anyone to stay here.
