This is the fourth time we have stayed in the apartment and enjoyed it so much. Rafic and Jasmine were, as always, very helpful and welcoming. The apartment is situated in a great area with many places of interest in walking distance. The apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped and very comfortable.

“Beautiful, centrally located Paris flat”

We loved staying in this apartment. We walked all over Paris and really got a feel for the city. The flat is beautifully finished, very quiet and is located on a small street with little traffic noise. It is a short walk to the Seine, and Napoleon's tomb is only about a block away. The Eiffel tower is close by and you can often see it while walking. The outdoor market in the neighborhood, was a great way to spend a morning and buy some delicious food to eat at home. Jasmine and Rafic were wonderful hosts and helped us enjoy Paris to it's fullest!

We loved everything about this apartment and our experience with Jasmine and Rafic. They were splendid, friendly and attentive hosts who provided every answer to all of our questions. The apartment is in a fabulous area within walking distance of so many Paris sights and attractions. It has every convenience and was charming and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that the area was so quiet we could sleep with the windows open. This apartment was recommended to us by friends and we would definitely encourage anyone to stay here.

Dear Rafic and Jasmine,
Sadly we are on our way home. What a wonderful city you live in. Paris is a very special place and we pretty much walked every where you suggested.
The Parisians are friendly and helpful. We have eaten some wonderful food. Our highlight was the lunch river cruise, it was fabulous!
Your apartment is beautiful and a glorious haven to return to after an exhausting day of walking and sightseeing. We were so lucky with the fantastic weather too.
So thank you very much for our lovely stay.
With best wishes
Rosie and Phil.

Everything about this rental is perfect -- the location, the neighborhood (it is very safe and quiet), the host and hostess, the rooms. Rafic and Jasmine were so helpful and attentive. If I am ever visiting in Paris again, I will definitely stay here. It was the perfect home-away-from-home.

“Lovely apartment with great location”

My sister and I stayed in this apartment in April. It was very nice and clean and offered everything that we required. The apartment is located very close the Napoleon's tomb at the Musée de l'Armée and the Eiffel Tower. There are several metro stations that were easy to get to. Owners were very helpful and Rafic spent time explaining the area and offered many recommendations for sights to see and restaurants to visit. I would definitely come back and stay in the apartment.

“An unforgettable experience...”

This "artsy" apartment is everything it was stated to be and more.... welcoming, spacious, colorful, beautifully equipped, AND in a fabulously convenient location! We were able to walk nearly everywhere...and we did: Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, Musee D'Orsay, Seine, Louvre, Catacombs, parks, markets, cafes, patisserie, etc. Otherwise, apartment is on nearby Metro and bus line, should you choose. But, perhaps most charming.... our hosts Jasmine and Rafic. Their love of, and pride in, their magnificent city is evident in all they do. They WANT you to have an unforgettable stay in Paris and touring the city with Rafic is an experience not to be missed! Enjoy!
