“Ideal home for our stay in Paris”

My husband and I took our 18-year-old granddaughter to Paris for her Spring Break and wanted everything to be perfect. We could not have found a better place to stay than Rafic & Jasmine's quaint and convenient apartment. It is close to everything, walking distance to several metro stations and the kind hospitality shown by Rafic was outstanding. He took us on a nighttime driving tour of the city our first night there which gave us a great overview and allowed us to refine our itinerary a bit....the money we paid for his time to do this was very well worth it. We would all recommend this apartment to anyone looking to have a wonderful vacation in Paris, and we hope to return sometime and stay there again.

thank you so much rafi for making our trip so great. i had lost your email or would have written to thank you personally. your apartment was a home away from home and so comfortable. i wanted to take your bed home with me! the restaurant you recommended was lovely and because you had booked for us we were treated like special guests.
we walked back from the restaurant and stopped to watch the lights on the eiffel tower. a very special ending to our trip to paris.
the apartment is spacious (particularly by paris standards) near the metro and the eiffel tower. it is clean and well equipped with the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in.
the owner was incredibly helpful - he not only recommended a restaurant but rang them personally to get a last minute booking

Beautiful, colourful, quirky apartment. Full of charm and character. Large sitting room, comfortable bedroom, well appointed bathroom and kitchenet. Perfectly located in Paris: a 20 min walk from the Eifel Tower, 5 min walk to Napoleon's tomb at Les Invalides and a 10 min walk from the restaurants and cafes in Rue Cler. Rafic is the perfect host: friendly and approachable but not intrusive.

“Charming Parisian home from home”

We found this a perfect place to stay in Paris. Our hosts made us as welcome as could be; the apartment is a good size; the small kitchen was generously stocked ready for breakfast the next morning; and everywhere was beautifully presented and clean. There's plenty to read, watch and listen to within the apartment, and the whole of Paris to explore beyond. Les Invalides is almost on the doorstep, the foot of the Eiffel Tower is under a mile away, and the nearest Metro station just 500 metres from the front door. We would be delighted to return when we next visit Paris: the apartment is ideal for 2 adults travelling by themselves or with 1 child up to about 5 feet tall.

This apartment was just like the photos. Charming, clean and the perfect location. Within walking distance to the Eiffel tower, museums, the Seine and many other historical places in Paris you won't want to miss. Bakeries, restaurants and shopping as well. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need, plus some. What really made our stay though was the hospitality and kindness of our hosts Rafic and Jasmine. I have no doubt our stay would not have been as nice without them. We left Paris with new friends and when we return some day, I won't hesitate to rent this wonderful apartment again.

Had a fabulous time. Rafic made us welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment is very comfortable albeit a little eclectic. Brilliant location for easy transport links around Paris. Highly recommend the carrefour supermarket at Ecole Militaire for any self catering bits. Be aware of pickpockets on the Metro they are a very real threat!

“A taste of authentic Parisian apartment life right in the city”

Rafic was extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating as well as knowledgable about the local area. The accommodation was very comfortable and well appointed although a little cluttered with books and ornaments especially as we had a crawling baby with us. The location was superb. Only a short walk to Eiffel Tower and handy to tourist buses and other public transport. Overall, would highly recommend this property, especially for couples with an older child.
