Since good French food is increasingly expensive and hard to find in Paris (most is frozen food + microwave), international cuisine is the best choice. We discovered this Indian restaurant, Sabraj, very well located in the Latin Quarter, near the Pantheon, and enjoyed its ambiance and the courtesy of staff. One staff from Pakistan was particularly gentle and spoke Spanish, having worked before in Barcelona. The walls of the whole restaurant are covered with bronze plates beautifully designed and samples of Indian art. Food is good, from North India and Pakistan, not as hot as Southern Indian food.
