“Small but delicious”
Reviewed November 12, 2013

Happened upon this tiny restaurant by accident and are very glad we did! Had fried bananas, empanadinis, fish and potato cakes(to die for), chorizo and lamb skewers etc. Was Tapas still so we just kept ordering! Very nice staff and well patronised by locals. We will certainly return one day ...

“Highlight of our trip”
Reviewed July 16, 2013

We were in Paris for 18 nights, and quickly tired of every brasserie having the EXACT same menu. This restaurant happened to be in our apartment building, and even if we had already eaten, the smells drifting up to our windows were divine, and we would consider eating again. Our meals here were by far the best we had while in Paris. The food is excellent, and the service very friendly.
The mojitos are good, and I would recommend the ceviche, tuna rolled in plantains, and you must have the rice and black beans (you've never really had black beans, until you've had Cuban black beans). Go ahead and get two orders of the potato beignets, they are made with magic.

“Careful or you'll miss it”
Reviewed July 4, 2013

We thought it was closed, but glad we checked further. This is a great little Cuban place just down the street from Vins des Pyrenees, so if you're staying nearby, definitely give it a try.

“Friendly, lively and fun”
Reviewed June 21, 2012

If you find yourself craving a change from the usual French cuisine while in Paris, how about a taste of Cuba? The tapas-like approach offers a variety of delicious morsels, and the Mojitos are as good as they get, full of fresh mint.
