Our cheese and beef fondues were delicious. The bread was a bit stale but good for dipping. The beef was a very nice cut of meat. The Gaillac rose was not good. I have had the Gaillac white before and liked it. The service was great and two fondues was more than enough for three people. The potatoes were awesome.
