“Fondue! Miam, miam”
Reviewed June 9, 2012 via mobile

Our cheese and beef fondues were delicious. The bread was a bit stale but good for dipping. The beef was a very nice cut of meat. The Gaillac rose was not good. I have had the Gaillac white before and liked it. The service was great and two fondues was more than enough for three people. The potatoes were awesome.

“Highly recommended”
Reviewed May 23, 2012 via mobile

Me and my partner when here on the 21st May 2012. Service was very quick and we were left to our own devices which I prefer than being constantly hassled as you can relax. It is very small (around 6 tables of 4) and very French and cosy. Not modern like all the other restaurants we visited.

There are 3 options on the menu, we went for cheese fondue which came with bread, salad and potatoes. It was lovely, and so much we could t finish it. This, one beer and 0.5 litres of wine came to 44 euros which in Paris is a bargain to be completely full!

I high recommend if you want a filling meal, that isn't fancy, feels very French and has a fun element to it!

“Hidden gem”
Reviewed May 21, 2012

This is the place we were looking for after a busy day spent on visiting museums and palaces. Very friendly and informal, in a quiet location, with solid portions of good food at reasonable prices. We were so happy finding it that we came back every night and we tried all of their three specialties. We liked cheese fondue especially. It’s really worth recommendation.

“Wonderful fondue place!”
Reviewed April 23, 2012

This cosy little place is located just a minute's walk away from the main street (tourist trap!) yet it feels 'off the beaten track'. There are just 3 things on the menu: stone grill, fondue bourguignonne and cheese fondue. There was only the two of us so we shared the bourguignonne (don't know of we could order different things) but the table of 3 next to us ordered 2 types of fondue.
They are all €16/person which is a bargain in Paris. The beef was fresh for the fondue and you get 300g of beef person, you also get a big tray of roast potatoes and a large salad to go with your fondue bourguignonne.

They have their own wine but we ordered half bottle of st emilion (€12). Normally a nice wine but you will want a plain wine to go with the meal. We found the wine too rich for the amount of meat we were having.

We didnt find the staff particularly offensive like some review said. It was so busy they left you alone anyway.
Highly recommend this of you are a big meat eater! Or cheese fondue lover!

“Nice and warm”
Reviewed April 3, 2012 via mobile

We found it by a recomendation of a friend that lives in Paris, it's a lovely small place to have a non-expensive french dinner, comparing with the restaurants around there it's quite cheap, fondue for two plus one beer just 37€. The waiter it's a little clueless so you have to be a little patient.
