I reviewed BiA awhile ago and after visited again a few times I don't think I will be returning. There is always a long wait to get a table. The food is alright at best. Honesty you can do better. It's not terrible or anything, but "Denny's" quality with a 25 minute wait for a table and double the cost.

Bob's Kitchen in the 2nd has the best pancakes in town!

That is, not on weekends, but on rainy and cold weekdays, otherwise be prepared to wait a significant time outside - and since it can already be an awful long time before your meal is served once it's ordered, no need to spend the best of the day for that unless that's what you want. OK burgers, but nothing special, and they'd be quickly out of business if there was a bit of competition in that area with serious burgers and not lukewarm fries. Some individual tables but expect to be cramped in with shoulder to shoulder neighbours.

Amazing Pancakes and French Toast!! Omelettes are fantastic too! And they serve bottomless coffee! Wonderful atmosphere and the staff are truly pleasant. Will be definitely hanging out here regularly!

We queued for an hour in the freezing cold for Sunday brunch so you could say our expectations were high after reading reviews here. While I dont mind the hustle and bustle of a typical diner, the food just didnt live up to our expectations...scrambled eggs were awful and the sausages were of poor quality as were the pancakes. Overall the impression was that the quality of the ingredients was just quite low and cheap but we were happy to eat the lot after such a long wait. The service was friendly once we got inside, a nice waitress which certainly helps.
The toilets should be avoided at all costs, they are a disgrace!

Our Black Paris Tour guide told us about this place. It was within walking distance of our apartment so we decided to check it out. BIA 2 is fabulous. We had breakfast (eggs, potatoes and bacon) and went back the next day for lunch. The cheeseburgers and fries were wonderful. The milk shake looked delicious but I did not have any room for anything after devouring the burger and fries. I also had a couple of lattes which were great. I recommend this place to any one who is seeking an American meal while in Paris! Will definitely go back on my next visit.
