“Nice place to have a romantic dinner”
Reviewed December 25, 2012

The restaurant is closed couple of days a week so we could not find it first. It is a short walk south from the Blvd. Montmartre. The place is quiet and cozy with very good food. The owner is constantly communicating with clients that adds to the family atmosphere. We did not see ratatouille in the menu, but their meat and fish were excellent and they have a lot of other tasty dishes. Very much recommended for those who are looking for quiet and romantic dinner.

“Surprisingly good!”
Reviewed November 10, 2012 via mobile

Located in such a touristic area, I really didn't expect much, but we ended up having a great meal, at a good price. The menu of the season had great starters - we had to share the foie gras with yummy fig confiture as it was a large portion. A good selection of meat, pasta and fish for main plates. Very reasonable formula prices - Give it a try!

“Great meal to start our trip”
Reviewed November 7, 2012

We visited Ratatouille last night after making a booking from the UK by phone.
Because of the recommendation on tripadvisor we decided to try it out.
Great welcome by Claude who spoke good English and showed us to a nice table at the front.
We were asked if we would like an English menu but was also given one in French which was a nice touch.
The food was superb, figs with goats cheese to start was fabulous and herring with potatoes also very nice.
Main course, Duck breast which I had in the French style, very pink but was asked before hand if this was ok for me. Beef bourguignon was the dish of the day, full of flavour and very tender. The wine was €14 for 50cl which was very good quality.
We paid €89 for 3 courses each and 2 carafes of wine, very good value for the quality of food.
Claude checked with us throughout the meal and took time at the end of the meal for a chat.  He made us and another party of English guests very welcome.
We would without a doubt go back there again and highly recommend this restaurant .

“Ratatouille ”
Reviewed October 31, 2012 via mobile

Well we just finished spending a week in Paris. Our first trip but certainly not our last we ate at many wonderful
Restaurants and a couple not great. But looking thru all the reviews for restaurants Ratatouille had some of the best. We swore we would try it before we left. On our last night after much shopping and many metro stops we decided that no matter what it took we would walk and find this little gem. After 2-3 stops of sitting on benches catching our breath we finally found it. Suffice to say it was every step we took. The ambience the service and the food were all over the top. Claude couldn't have been more accommodating and charming. He tried to convince us to have the fresh figs for dessert but we said we really wanted

“Wonderful experience”
Reviewed October 26, 2012

We had 2 lovely meals at Ratatouille at the end of our stay in Paris. We all wished that we'd found it sooner as the food was so delicious. The service was also wonderful - on our first night we asked to share a serve of Terrine as our first course so the kids could try it (and so that we would have room for dessert). This was not a problem and we expected 1 plate to be brought out to share, instead 4 small individual serves (with accompaniments) were brought out! It was little touches like these that really impressed. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. The kids loved him!

I hope Ratatouille is still there when we next visit Paris.
