Description: Pershing Hall is a great restaurant in Paris found in the East Quarter and offers a wonderful ambience during both the day and night. The pretty open air patio (complete with a glass roof for colder times) designed by Patrick Blanc is perfect for breakfasts and business lunches in the sunshine and transforms into a cool bar lounge area from 6pm, a haven for the hip and trendy of the city. The kitchen serves up a seasonal menu which is continually changing and combines traditional French recipes with those from around the world. The wine list is well chosen and features a wide choice from many major wine producing regions of France as well as some rather rare vintages too. Pershing Hall's ambience depends on the time of day: breakfast time is a peaceful time of day whereas lunchtimes become more buzzy and evenings offer a more fun ambience. Sundays play host to a superb buffet brunch between 11.30am and 4.30pm. Enjoy the sounds of the DJ in the lounge bar during the evenings where a large choice of fine champagnes are on offer alongside a great cocktail list and snack menu.

On arrival for our 2pm reservation we were shown to a separate seating area as the table wasn't quite ready. When we were seated we were given no explanation on how the brunch works/what's included & we weren't offered any drinks.

We called the server over who was very apologetic and politely have us an introduction to the various buffets (Sushi, salads, hot, omelettes bread& cakes and desserts).
Brunch includes unlimited tea & coffee and fresh juries too for €59.

The food was good if a bit of a strange mix. We did feel though that for the price that more staff should've been available and certain options should've been more readily refilled/replaced.

Three brunches, three glasses of champagne and a bottle of red wine = €290.

As a one off experience, in terms of atmosphere and the 'wow' factor it was fantastic but I probably wouldn't return. Certainly overpriced for what it is.

TIP: If you're visiting Paris, remember that ALL restaurants legally include service in the bill. Tips aren't necessary but it's customary to give 1-2 Euro to acknowledge good service. If you're just having a drink somewhere 50 centimes is normal.

Very good ambiance, I recommend it more for drinks and delicious cocktails than for dinner, which is a little bit expensive for what it is, but the scenery is well worth the visit, the "green" wall, the little courtyard, the colorful lightings, everything is sparkling !
Everytime I went there I've really enjoyed the moment, so I'll definitly recommend this place.

Pershing Hall is a pretty place, with a lovely courtyard and a wall of greenery. Interesting lighting and trendy ambiance. We were three friends out. We all had various cocktails, all poorly dosed drinks. The service was ok at first and got increasingly sloppy. We ordered food. Everything came out lukewarm; one of the dishes looked so terrible it completely turned off our friend, who decided to send it back and just not eat. We sent our food back as well but had it reheated and when it came back it was just ok - not great for 45€ dishes though. When we paid in the end, the restaurant had decided to charge us our friend's dish which he had sent back. We paid and left feeling we would not come back, however pretty the view - there are prettier ones worth paying for.

I am not a stranger to fine food and will pay for a wonderful meal but this restaurant is just crazy. 45/55 euro mains and 24 euro cocktails!!! Insane. It's a cool room and service was fine/friendly enough but just ludicrous prices. The tapas platter we shared and cocktails were delicious but the prices were uncomfortably high. Great room though.

If you want to impress, get dressed up and go for a cocktail dahling! The lighting turns everyone sultry and secretive. It is grown up and rather sophisticated and you might like like to play along. Next time we hope to make it out of the bar and into the dining room.
