Description: Pershing Hall is a great restaurant in Paris found in the East Quarter and offers a wonderful ambience during both the day and night. The pretty open air patio (complete with a glass roof for colder times) designed by Patrick Blanc is perfect for breakfasts and business lunches in the sunshine and transforms into a cool bar lounge area from 6pm, a haven for the hip and trendy of the city. The kitchen serves up a seasonal menu which is continually changing and combines traditional French recipes with those from around the world. The wine list is well chosen and features a wide choice from many major wine producing regions of France as well as some rather rare vintages too. Pershing Hall's ambience depends on the time of day: breakfast time is a peaceful time of day whereas lunchtimes become more buzzy and evenings offer a more fun ambience. Sundays play host to a superb buffet brunch between 11.30am and 4.30pm. Enjoy the sounds of the DJ in the lounge bar during the evenings where a large choice of fine champagnes are on offer alongside a great cocktail list and snack menu.

Fantastic place! A supperb vertical garden, beatiful people...but very noisy. Not a place to go for a conversation ! Service was fantastic, very attractive people, flexible , proffessional and friendly. Food was OK, but not great. Japanese plate was bland; Tapas plate ok; Caramelised black cod however, pretty good. Wine list good and varied.

Unfortunately I did not reserve it.
Tacky decor, music too loud. When you get to order you quickly realize there are no waiters attending you. This is basically a third rate night club.
Food prices ar insane for the quality. I had a bad tartare. We waited 15 minutes for the wine and it comes to the table warm ( white wine).
Paris is such a great place.....just avoid this place.

This restaurant is located on the Champs Elisee. The entrance make you immediately understand where you are going: one of the most trendy restaurants in Paris. People will attend you at the entrance and will show you the table. The lights, atmosphere and music is very nice. The restaurant is on two floors and if you go upstair there are also table with a balcoon. There is a deeja taking care of the music the whole evening. Food is good quality and sevice as well, I suggest to eat fish and especially their mixed combinations. I liked the blue lobster and Perching starter dish. Price is high, you can spend not less tham 80/90 Euro each without wine but I can assure the place is ok and nice. Especially fo rspecial dinners with wife and just for having a nice dinner in a trendy and relaxing place, this restaurant is perfect. Try at list once.

Bonjour, I had a business lunch this morning with 2 ladies at the PH. Of course, location is great and the vegetal wall is stunning. But the BUTS are so numerous. The air con on OCT 17 in paris doesn't need to be set so low! Second, the armchairs are not comfortable due to to a metal bar in the structure that you can feel if you sit properly. Third : the service was doing its best but definitely amateur! France has great hotel schools. I realize it is underated to study this but some people actually graduate from these. So why not hire them instead of good looking amateurs terrified with their trayn, unable to notice anything ? For the clients, the difference is huge. We waited 30 mn before being waited on while there were only 2 more clients in the place and had to actually go and get the waiter! Then we waited another 20 mn to get our coffees, then another 20 mn to get our eggs and another 10 mn to get the toasts that were neither toasted not warm. We had to call the supervisor. We then had to wait too long for the check and then to be able to actually pay it. If you know you have a demanding client in the room, adjust to it! Too costly to eat cold food in a cold environnement. For the same price, go somewhere else. The worse is : they tried their best!

I just had a venue at Pershing Hall for my company.
The place is YES fashionable, YES expensive, NO the food is not up for the challenge, YES the music TOO loud, YES the waitress in thight dresses way too obnoxious and not customer oriented...
Too bad they could have done such a nice place out of this wonderful setting.
I highly recommend to avoid this place!
