“great steak, do not miss!”
Reviewed June 23, 2013

after wating in line for 50 minutes (a standard procedure at 21:30), we were let in.
they only take your selection for the cooking (rare, medium etc.) as there is only 1 course.

the steake was really good as were the fries. i guese the secret is the great souce!

plenty of desert choices, al look great (we took profiterols which were very good).

if you dont mind the wait, go for it!

“MUST GO.”
Reviewed June 22, 2013

Definitely the softest meat and French fries in Paris. Absolutely the best sauce on a steak. I don't know the ingredients on the sauce but its amazing. Inly one dish to offer so the only choice you make is how you want your meat cooked. Profiteroles are the BEST I have ever had plenty of chocolate for them.

So good I went 2 night this week.

Getting a seat can be a challenge for big parties. Sometime even for 2 a wait time of 30 min.

“Must go!”
Reviewed June 20, 2013 via mobile

Yum! Wow! We love this place and have been a couple of times. I do recommend you check the opening times and get in line when they open. We did this the last time and it went very smooth. Last night we just rocked up at 8:30/8:45 and finally got a seat @ 9:30/9:45. It was 12 when we were all said and done. Everything from the wine to Dessert was amazing!
We did have to flag our server down a couple of times but it did not bother us.

“Go hungry!”
Reviewed June 16, 2013

We had lunch here on a rainy Tuesday afternoon. We only had to wait 10 minutes (much less than anticipated) and got a small, cramped table in a corner. We ordered wine and our salads came. Then the main course - steak with a great tarragon and pommes frites. The food was great! And just when we thought we were finished, round two of the main course came. It was even better the second time around. Be sure to go hungry and arrive before the lunch crowd.

“Tradition wins”
Reviewed June 15, 2013 via mobile

I am coming back to this restaurant for the last 35 years on sn yearly basis. The menu is the same andcyou will not find a better entrecote and a better flavor in all of Paris. The deserts taste like heaven and I never know whether to tastecthe tulip, the protiferols or the vachetin that are always excelent and made to perfection. Definitely my #1 choice in Paris
