“Modern French but still a classic”

Good for: Large groups
Dining options: Breakfast, Late Night, Dinner, Lunch, Delivery, Reservations, Waitstaff
Neighborhood: Champs-Elysees
Description: Restaurant Toi is chic, bar-lounge and restaurant just a short distance from the Champs-Elyses. The atmosphere is cosy with easy listening around a fireplace, although the restaurant also has DJ, rock and R'n'B nights. The food is, like the ambiance, refined and modern. Try roast king prawns with black rice risotto, beef tartar or a pastry covered filet of lamb with a terrine of vegetables. Prices are reasonable with a all you can eat brunch at weekends for 25 euros.

recomended by the hotel concierge, we weren't dissapointed. Lively and energetic atmosphere, very interesting dishes all impeccably presented and with a twist. "One of the best steaks I've ever had according" to my wife!

“Lovely Suprise”
Reviewed January 7, 2014

We were recommened this place by our hotel in Paris (Hotel Du Cadran)

We both had steak, with potatoes and veg - amazing !! And less than 30 euros each

The cocktails are UNREAL, and they serve them with sweets which makes them even better in my opinion. The waiters, front of house and management were all lovely. The atmosphere was great, with a dj on (it was a Friday night) - we went out for a quiet meal and ended up sipping champers until the early hours, chatting to all the regulars.

The location is a bit out the way & not on a main road - its just behind the Disney store on Champs Elysees

“Trendy place with good food”
Reviewed October 1, 2013

Went here on a Monday evening (2nd etage closed), cocktails very good, atmosphere quite Trendy and stylish. Food and service very good but a little pricy. Close to Metro. Not too laud to have a conversation! Would recommend to go there if you look for a trendy place.

“Fun Modern Place - Good Food”
Reviewed July 7, 2013

I've been to Toi about a half dozen times and enjoyed it every time. I've been for lunch and dinner, but prefer the dinner scene. The food is expensive, but if you can use thefork.com, then it's reasonable.
The whole lobster is really good and a challenge to eat. :) I usually get the melon with port wine. It's a very interesting presentation with the middle of the melon cut out and the port poured in. They usually have a slow cooked lamb or pork that hits the mark as well.
On weekends they have a great DJ that has a different "genre" depending on the night. We were there for an 80's night once, and it was a lot of fun.
Cocktails are expensive, so drink wine if you don't want to spend that much.

This is not a traditional paris restaurant. It's trendy and modern. If you are looking for traditional, go somewhere else. If you are looking for upbeat music with good looking people, go here.

“Medium service, Poor food!”
Reviewed May 7, 2013

Nicely located next to the champs elysees, the atmosphere with confortable seats and bright colors is in the mood...but that's all: the food is close to disaster.
Fish is overcooked, the carré d'agneau (lamb) are just ordinary lamb chops (also overcooked)
and rather cold.
For a drink: OK For a meal Forget it.
