Description: We own a charming and authentic bistro from 1900 and we simply offer fresh products from "le marche" that our Chef Erwan le Gahinet puts together to create very tasty French cuisine. French and world cuisine because we litterally are globe trotters of bistros. We travel for food and we bring back authentic flavours from around the globe. We do everything to make you feel at home and very welcome in our restaurant. Only one saying guides us : the pleasure to please! We are opened everyday for lunch and dinner. See you soon at BISTROTTERS!

We were so lucky to book a table for four for the very last shift before these enthousiastic young people would close the restaurant for the remaining days of August to enjoy a very deserved vacation.
Paris in August can be extremely hot, the restaurant doesn't have a/c, however we sat just opposite the (open)door and a ventilator blew sufficient air to make it bearabale.
Two lovely young men were in charge, very polite, friendly and professional.
Food was of very high quality, presentation a feast for the eyes: the chef obviousely loves to cook: every bite of every dish we had among the 4 of us was superb!
Hope this team can and will keep up to this high standard, we will more than gladly return one day for another festive meal.

Having found this restaurant ' Bistrotters' from Tripadvisor website, it was a well recommended restaurant. While we were in Paris, if we didn't have a restaurant in mind, it really is a problem to try and find one out there.

Luckily, I booked this restaurant two months in advance, as we were dining in the restaurant, the owner actually had to turn away quite a few customers ... as the restaurant isn't that big, so there's limited seatings.

The presentation of the dishes is very well planned, and lots of thoughts have been put into it. The portion of the courses are very generous, and there is something on the menu to suit everyone. As my husband ordered this vegetable tart, it was just so colourful, texture was perfect and you will never think of having a vegetable as a starter,, and it really works!!!

Definitely will go there again, if we are in Paris... thank you Tripadvisor.

We visited Bistrotters a week ago during our stay in Paris. It is really a hidden gem outside the centre of Paris, but easy to find with metro.

For starter I had the foie grais, wich was the best one I have ever tasted. Perfectly balanced, almost melting in my mouth. For main course I ate the white fish. It was really good, but not top-notch. In my opinion, the the fish could have been a bit more salted for more taste.

The atmosphere was great, and the waiter served us well. For a more efficient bistro, I think it would have been smart to write the menu in english on the right side of the blackboard. (no paper menu). That would have saved the "running waiter" & his waiting customers some time :-)

We found Bistrotters through TripAdvisor, and after reading some of the reviews we were a little concerned that it might not have an authentic Paris bistro vibe. But since it was so highly rated, we decided to give it a try. So glad that we did! After our party of 7 was late for our reservation due to a Metro debacle, they were very understanding and rearranged a few tables and patrons to get us in. The entire experience was wonderful! The restaurant only seats approx. 30 people at a time. One of the main perks of such an intimate setting was that we were waited on by the restaurant's owner, who is super personable, friendly and knowledgeable about wine. We fall into the foodie category of diners, and we all agreed that the food was outstanding! Don't skip dessert!

We ate at Bistrotters last Saturday (27July) and had an beautiful evening enjoying perfect French food. We both really loved the fact that this restaurant only has 8 tables and is away from the main tourist area, a hidden gem. Another nice touch was that there were no individual menus, just one blackboard with the options, I would say around 5 choices for starter, main and dessert. I had the vegetable tarte tartin (which was the best starter I have ever had, anywhere!) followed by the white fish then the brioche with salted caramel. My partner had the octopus followed by the famous pork belly and the brioche. We could literally not fault the meal. Francois was very helpful in selecting a wine to match the main meals, the Chardonnay 2011 is great! Be sure to book well in advance, and enjoy your evening, truly first class and well, worth a visit!
