When we entered Le Duc, I was first disappointed because it is decorated in the late 70's style, with rec room type wood paneling. Obviously, this restaurant concentrates on food and not on decor, and the food was simply superb. They only serve fish and I have never tasted better prepared fish anywhere. We started with a selection of "cru", cured and raw fish: all were very fresh and delicious. For the main course I had a filet of sole, and it tasted of the sea, the pure taste not spoiled by any sauce. All the side dishes were served in separate plates, so as not to interfere with the pure taste of fish. The restaurant has an impressive wine list and a professional knowledgeable staff. The desert list is limited but all the choices were wonderfully prepared and served off the desert cart. The prices are not cheap but are really worth it.
