“Smart venue, delicious deserts”
Reviewed July 8, 2013

The Breteuil has some very smartly dressed local regulars so if you go dressed down you might feel a bit of a scruff, but the food is excellent and they offer good value fixed price menus including a bottle of wine between two sharing. The deserts are very tasty, and smartly presented. A good choice for an upmarket dining experience that won't completely blow your budget.

“Our best restaurant experience in Paris”
Reviewed July 7, 2013

Many restaurants will display their prix fixe menu for dinner. Most are the same. Breteuil is different in that it is slightly lower priced, includes wine and an aperitif, and has some of the best food we had in Paris. The service was excellent and the decor was plush and comfortable. If you plan to do a prix fixe this should be your first choice. It is in a location that is close to the Eiffel Tower so you can stroll down to watch the tower light up at night after your meal. This is a perfect place to have a long, enjoyable, delicious dinner without going broke. Do not miss it.

“Class and Quality”
Reviewed June 9, 2013 via mobile

Friendly service and great quality. We only had to walk a couple of hundred metres from our apartment. Could'nt fault it. I had the scallops for main, which were perfect and fois gras for entree.....yum. A great last evening in Paris I'll not forget.

“Dissappointing but worth a second visit”
Reviewed May 28, 2013

The staff at this restaurant must be some of the best in Paris. It's family owned and it shows. Had the best steak I have ever eaten in Paris but very crowded and other courses a bit off the mark. Would not write this place off and more than willing to go again but seating is vital ... ask for a quiet corner. Not expensive and even the wine slit was OK for Paris. Expect to pay € 70 each for dinner
