This is the place to go if you want to eat reasonably priced tradtional bistro food, something which has become very hard to find today. The service is very quick and the waiters are polite, another rarity in Paris today. The food is simple but perfectly cooked. I had a "steak-pommes frites". The steak was tender and tasty and the crisp pommes frites were maybe the best I have ever had. With an apple tart, a glass of wine and a coffee, the meal cost about 40 euros. This restaurant is almost next to the Musee d'Orsay and so if you want to avoid crowds, get there early.
