The mussels are always top quality, however the service could improve a bit. I always come here when in Paris though.

Location is the monger, a tourist street and busy at that. What can you expect with such a limited menu and a wine list of a supermarket.
But if you want Mussels and a lot french fries then here is your wish.
Quality of the mussels is good, food quantity great, but a very limited menu items and the feel you are in Mc Donalds make it a bit dodgy.

Eat the food, its good, the atmosphere is McD** class

If you are looking for a satisfying, reliable and reasonably priced restaurant on the Champs Elysees, Leon de Bruxelles should fit the bill. Part of a larger national chain of restaurants, the menu is heavy on seafood and advertises that everything is cooked in the Belgian style. The house specialty is moules and you can have them prepared in a large variety of ways. Formula menus include a first course, your choice of moules and an optional dessert. Belgian beers, including the well known house brand, are an excellent accompaniment to your meal. Service is professional, the food arrives quickly. Prices are very reasonable for the location and the quality of the food. It can become quite busy during peak meal hours and there may be a wait if you do not have a reservation. If your schedule permits, you can dine throughout the day and late into the night. Choosing a time during these windows will assure you of a table. English language menu available on request.
