A lovely little restaurant with a nice winter garden. Wine list is really high level and food is well prepared. A menu with tasteful dishes you can combine with a good bottle of wine. Each item in the menu has a wine suggestion next to it. Une vrai experience gourmande. Highly recommended when walking around Paris

Ecellent little traditional wine bar which only serves Bordeaux wines. Great location right on the Madeleine, free cold cuts of salami on the bar, warm, welcoming atmosphere. Not to be missed

This is Paris at its best. A cozy bistro offering outstanding food and a great selection of excellent wines to fit each of the dishes. My wife and I tried the duck pate and the lamb with eggplant. Both were succulent and both matched with the same red wine - Perron 2008. Excellent service and nice and laid back. The area is also interesting to walk around in.

again great bistro style food and an excellent selection of bordeaux wines. I am visit this place every time I am in Paris and am never disappointed. If you want a good glass of wine without any hassle or having to dress up, go there. no complaints if you take only an appetizer. the only thing: if it is busy it might take a while to order and reorder, but then who goes for a good glass of wine in a hurry?! great casual place, I like their tartare - huge portion. Enough for lunch for 2. Usually the place is pretty filled after concerts at the church Madeleine - which is by the way a great reason to visit L'Ecluse. There is nothing really outstanding here, but to find a great casual place with consistently good food and good wine is already an outstanding experience on it's own.
