We booked our reservation at Restaurant Guy Savoy as part of our European Michelin dining tour.

Having dined at some of the best restaurants in the world, we had high expectations.

Arriving for our dinner, we were delighted to be met at the front door by the man himself, Guy Savoy. What an utterly charming man... We instantly felt warmly welcomed.

Shown to our table, we were greeted individually by most of the wait staff... All delightful and attentive to our needs.

Wanting to enjoy a selection of Guy Savoy's unique culinary creations we selected the Set Menu "Colours, Textures and Savours".

Very happy to honestly report every dish impressed us... The presentation is theatre and the tastes unique. Put simply, we didn't want it to end!

We were also interested to see not only a champagne cart, but also a fresh bread cart, cheese cart and dessert cart. All of which added to the atmosphere of our dining experience.

At the end of our evening, Guy Savoy graciously took the time to sign a copy of our menu and pose for photos.

A truly memorable dining experience... We will return in coming years!

This 3 star Michelin restaurant is certainly one of the best restaurants in this category. I would tell you if I could choose my last meal on earth, it would be here. Not only does he use the best ingredients from start to finish, but the flavors burst forth, and the presentations are spectacular. The Chef must have a little devilish in him, as many of his dishes have built in surprises - don't blink! While expensive, this would be the place to go for a lavish meal and be able to feel it was money well spent. The menu is changed four times a year, which means you can return over and over and expect something new and outrageous. Kudos to the Chef and his team for producing a memorable experience.

My first 3 Star Michelin meal and from the moment I arrived until I left it was a magnificent experience. Service is attentive but not stuffy and the head waiter is humorous and creates a good atmosphere. I had the summer menu paired with wine and couldn't fault in the slightest. The food is modern with all that dry ice and foam stuff but there are traditional dishes included also. The mix is amazing and really adds to the occasion. I get the sense that this is one really well run place and I can't imagine it disappointing on any fronts at all. Location is nice just near the arc de triomphe and champs élysées. This is perfect for a special occasion.
