“Great food and value for money but pretty cramped”
Reviewed February 7, 2014 via mobile

Went at peak lunchtime and had to wait ten minutes for a table which isnt too bad. The seating is pretty close together but its a small place so thats to be expected. The food is amazing though and the milkshakes were so good! I had the BIA burger which is probably one of the best burgers ive ever had! Theres lots of choice on the menu and the service was really quick considering how busy the place was. Would definitely recommend!

“for those who need an north american style fix for breakfast”
Reviewed January 29, 2014

Craving Bacon and eggs this is the place. only opens at 8:30 a.m. so no early a.m. breakfast. super good fried potatoes. generous portions. the disappointing "wonder bread" in a city of fabulous bread is dissapointing. bottomless coffee which is far superior to what most cafes in Canada and the U.S. serve. friendly English speaking young staff. decent level of cleanliness. I really like this place and visit at least once whenever I am in Paris

“Hangover Heaven”
Reviewed January 18, 2014

We were on a trip around Paris and I had read about this place before we left, after a night of too much red wine this was the perfect place when you need a big breakfast to fix things

The waitresses were so friendly, good music, english TV and massive portions of food and drink. Definitely worth hunting out, you won't be dissappointed

“Tastes like home.”
Reviewed January 6, 2014

This is a great change of pace when looking for something different. The staff was nice and helpful. Naturally they spoke English and French. I did notice that they form a line soon after they open especially on Sundays when a lot of other eateries in Paris are closed during the morning hours. The name says it all. The food is what you would get at your local Denny’s or IHop in the states. It is good food and will fill you up. The place is small and you may feel cramped depending on where you sit but keep in mind this in no different than going to a small deli in a big city (such as NYC) where they cram as many people as possible. I read some reviews where people were complaining about the service. Remember folks, don’t let the name fool you, you are still in Paris, therefore, expect at times Parisian service. In no way am I trying to place a negative connotation on Parisian service, it’s just different from what your typical American is used to. I will definitely visit this place when I travel through Paris.

“Friendly staff and good food!”
Reviewed January 2, 2014

I travelled here with a family member for an overnight stay, and we found that we wanted to find somewhere that served food we were familiar, we walked around and stumbled across this little diner. It was very cosy, and styled like an 'american-diner'.
The food was cheap, good, and the service from our waitress was excellent. She spoke incredibly good English and was very polite when we tried out our French.
Definitely will go back here when visiting Paris again.
