Have been recent,y to Azabu, in the room downstairs, for a friendly dinner with Michel and Grant, Very interesting cuisine, an elegant mix of Japanese and French cuisine. Full of creativity but not in the extremes, beautiful perfumes, nice raku plates for a beautiful presentation, in a corner, a fountain, few flowers, it is all elegant and subtle. We had two different menus, mine was simple, my friends choose for a more complex one, tasting one more dish than I. Quantities are perfect, not too much, not too small, raw material is superb. Even the desserts, quite boring in lost Japanese restaurant where I have been were interesting, goods, creatives. Service was little bit slow and not as profesional as expected, but nice and smiling, may be our waiter was beginning. Definitely a place to recommend in my humble opinion.
