I used to travel to Paris almost weekly for work, and this is one of my favorite restaurants. It's not big, reservations are definitely a must, and if the weather is nice ask for a seat outside as there is a great view down the street of the Eiffel Tower. If you go, please don't be the ugly American; at least learn a few French greetings and be polite. (I don't want to feel any hostility towards Americans when I go back).
