If you are planning a trip to Versailles, do not take this tour bus to the attraction. It states that it is a 4 hour tour, however it is an hours drive to Versailles and back (2hours) and then at least an hours wait in line to get in. We had less than an hour to tour, just got started it seemed to turn around and catch the bus back, if you missed the bus then you were on your own. Versailles alone takes much more than an hour to enjoy. Sorry we ever took this tour. Simply awful!

Our day tour with musical fountain display turned out to be a2 hour tour, no fountains, and no time to see the gardens. They scheduled the palace tour at the same time as the fountain show, when we queried it, the tour guide flew into a rage said he did not care what we paid for it was nothing to do with him, he was so rude I had to leave the area as I was with my granddaughter who was quite upset at this time.I don't know the name of the driver as he did not talk to any one until he went on his tirade. The other people were all very upset and said they too would complain, I have emailed Viators as yet no reply.

Bad news in all services ,no customer service ,bought our trips on line in English ,charged us but the trip didn't exist ,then they tell you sorry need to call the main office ?Night mare the least you can say about them .
I don't recommend that tour company ,not even to my dogs .

STAY A WAY FROM THEM.

We opted for the 1 hour cruise, starting at the Eiffel Tower, without the lunch. It is a perfect way to see many of the sights of this charming city. It was good value for money, £16 each. Just the right amount of information on the tanoy. If you want a drink on board I would take your own. The queue took ages and the drinks very expensive.

I went on the River Seine Cruise as part of the tour with Paris Vision. The flat bottomed boat with glass roof was air - conditioned, seats were comfortable and there were head phones at each seat for a running commentary in many languages. The Host in the boat made an announcement when to turn on the head phone. The boat trip took about one hour and the cruise up/down the river was very pleasant. As the boat cruised along the River Seine, it passed by the bridges of Paris. Many of the sides of the bridges had elaborate stone carvings of faces of famous people and angels and statues perched on top of the bridges. The boat passed by many famous monuments and buildings on both sides of the river, the most prominent one the Eiffel Tower beside the original Statue of Liberty, a sight to remember.
Alongside the river bank there were boats anchored, teeming with activity of life on the river, makes one wonder what it is like to live on the river?
It would be better to take this trip in the daytime to get better photos and to be able to see the blue sky and surrounding environment of Paris viewed from the River Seine.
