This is probably one of the cheapest places you'll be able to find to rest your head for a few nights in Paris. It must be said that this hotel should be recommended only to those who are happy with spending nights in a simple & basic environment, as there aren't any fancy frills or added things that would make it a stand-out type of accommodation. Having said that, although I must admit I was quite hesistant to stay here after I read some of the (bad) reviews, I was surprised as it wasn't made out to be as awful as some reviews said. We travelled as a couple & stayed here for 2 weeks in total, with 1 week (x2) on separate occasions.
On our first trip we were allocated a room on the 6th floor with a very small double bed & basin. Although it is a struggle to get all the luggage up to the room, as the hotel doesn't have a lift (very typical for Paris), the room was clean & very basic. However, the walls are extremely thin & the bed is pretty cramped for 2 people. The communal shower & separate toilet in the hallway was not very clean though. But for being students on a budget, one learns to grin & bear it. On our second visit we were allocated a slightly bigger room on the ground floor with a small ensuite bathroom with a shower.
The service was average, nothing to write home about. There is no luggage storage facility, nor lift or internet facilities, so travellers should keep this in mind.
The location, whilst not in the typically "fancy" area, felt safe & was easy to get around on the Metro (Colonel Fabien station), as well as a convenient Lidl shop being around the corner for groceries.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel only to students/travellers for a short stay on a tight budget, prepared to live with simplicity & the basics of basics. It is meant for people who merely want to have a decent place to sleep & explore the city on a budget.

Room Tip: Rooms on higher floors hear less street noise (as there is a bar/coffee shop downstairs). No lift - try to get a ground floor room.

Dirty room, never cleaned(you be one day or tenthere), bad, sulky face atittude to hosts, noisy inside and outside, etc.
The friendliness and hospitality Arabic you wont find in this hotel, run by Arabs, who could be the worst in Iran.
Not worths get a bad "souvenir" as this place from Paris.

First you will have a problem to find entrance to this terrble place and once you will find it the smell will kill you inmediatly. Receptionist will charge you before you go to your room and they know why because once you reach your room you don't know what to do first eather start to cryor laugh it's like a bad joke you will see massive crack throught the whole wall toilet without toilet seat and also not flushing and instead of shower imagine something moldy and smelly. Btw the shared bathroom is closed to instead of sharing it with other room you have to go downstairs and share it with another 4 rooms. So i just took my suitcase turned back and walked away with my worst experience of my life. Even now when i close my eyes and imagine Paris i become sick. Bad bad bad bad bad place like an prison somewhere in middle east.

Room Tip: None of them just awoid this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
