We like cruises and had heard about Seine river dinner cruises. The review were quite mixed, so again, I didn't know if this would be an expensive mistake. I will say we were extremely impressed all around. The experience is well managed from the moment you step on the gangplank, through the check in and throughout the dining experience. We had a lovely window table, which I would recommend paying extra for and/or paying for the tables at the front of the boat. We chose a cruise that had live music, which truly added to the experience. I was a bit nervous about the potential dinner choices as it is a 3 course meal. However there were choices and the food turned out to be excellent, well prepared and substantial servings. As part of the 3 courses we had a bottle of champagne, white and red wine. It is absolutely a lovely experience, a great way to see some of the Paris sights since the cruise goes by many historic landmarks beginning and ending at the Eiffel Tower. I would highly recommend Bateaux Parisiens.
