The hotel looks like the pictures and was clean. I was very disappointed that one of the walls in our deluxe room had very unsightly and black scrape marks all over it from previous customers' luggage. It covered much of the wall (it needs to be painted). They do provide good service and the concierge was very helpful. There is a metro station (Porte Maillot-Palais De Congress) one block away and several bus stops. This made traveling around Paris for sights and tours. There are restaurants close by also. We stayed in the deluxe room and it was a reasonable size, that said I couldn't imagine staying in the 2 smaller rooms they have. If you book earlier you will get a good rate for the suite. I personally prefer larger hotels vs. boutiques, because of that I will not stay there again upon return to Paris (not for any other reason as it is a nice hotel).

Although the hotel looks nice and charming, their commercial policy is...despisable. Extreme attention should be paid on internet bookings, since their non refund for cancellation suffers no exception, even for a cancellation 6 weeks in advance, made by a regular customer. Hotel seems to privilege short-term ripp-off, to customer satisfaction and fidelity. I will definitely avoid this place in the future. A very bitter experience indeed !

Good clean hotel that is only a 5 minute walk from the Metro station. Staff were polite and friendly which is always a good start for a hotel. Rooms are a little small, but have everything you could require. Nice touch of a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. As per the title my only complaint is the 28 Euros they want to charge for a buffet breakfast(and indeed did charge my card although I declined breakfast). Stay here as it is a good little hotel, just go out for breakfast...

This place was beautiful and amazing. If you are looking for a tiny, posh, intimate, hotel one minute away from a metro and across from a shopping plaza this is the place for you. We stayed in a room which had a tiny little balcony facing into the courtyard/garden. The rooms were very spacious for Europe. The bathroom was giant! There was a heated towel rack, ideal if one traveled in the winter, and the shower was like stepping into a spa. One problem, which was not the hotel's fault, was that the hotel next to the Les Jardins de la Villa was doing construction. The noise echoed in the room but once we closed the bathroom door it was completely fine! :) Everyday we came back to our room to find a forecast card and a box of two chocolates, one dark the other milk. The staff was also amazing and helpful. Every time we came into the hotel we got a very cheery, "Bonjour!" The location is also perfect. As I mentioned before there is a metro and bus station right next to the hotel, there are also many nice restaurants around and the backside of the Champs Elysees is just a five minute walk, so about a total of 15 minutes to the Arc di Triomphe. I can't say enough!!!!!! Can't wait to go back!

We stayed at Les Jardins de la Villa in September of 2012. This perfect little hotel is out of the hustle and bustle of Paris but close enough to walk to all the sites. From the outside it is not impressive at all but don't let that fool you. We stayed in a junior suite which was very spacious for rooms in Europe. It had a nice sitting area and huge bathroom with soaking tub and TV built into the mirror. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the TVs had an assortment of free movies and channels in English.

As for the location it was about a 10 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. There are tons of little cafes, bars and restaurants in the neighborhood with excellent food. The hotel staff is very willing to help in any way with directions, recommendations and reservations. We wanted to have dinner in a traditional French bistro and had no idea where to start. The concierge asked us a number of questions about what we were looking for and said he would take care of it. He later phoned our room with reservations for dinner the next night and a printed map with how to get there. It was just what we were looking for and an amazing meal!
The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but they do serve a continental or full breakfast in the morning and have an honesty bar with drinks and snacks. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel but it was nice to know it was an option. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Worth every penny!!

Just a tip, make sure you have the hotels address to give the cab driver. The hotel is hidden in a little side street/alley and can be a challenge to find for the unfamiliar cab driver....especially if there is a language barrier.

This wonderful hotel (booked via SLH) was a great choice for our Paris experience. Only a short walk from the Porte Maillot station (be sure to use the subway / underpass instead of trying to cross the busy roads) the hotel is all about luxury. We were lucky enough to get ungraded to a deluxe room and although small (this is Paris after all) it was incredible well appointed. The complimentary in room Nespresso machine and "honesty" bar on the ground floor were all bonuses to the experience. In a city renowned for style and sophistication this hotel is very chic. The hotel is very close to the Metro to see all of the sites however we chose to walk and nothing seemed too distant.

This hotel is nice but the cleanliness and upkeep of the room was just average. it was dusty and the room had things that were broken or damaged.

The handles on the closet doors were broken on one end and some of the furnishings were in a bit of disrepair.

We had a Junior Suite and the room was small. Maybe this is a Paris thing. I am not sure. It was uncomfortable moving around the room.

The bathroom was a nice size with a shower and bath tub. The door does not have a lock. There was a TV in the bathroom but it did not work properly.

The bed was very comfortable and and the air conditioning was excellent. They have a mini bar that is pricey.

They have an honor bar in the lobby. You take what you like and then you check it off the list which you provide to them during check out at which time you will be charged.

i do not know if i would stay here again. Probably not.

Safe Travels!
