If you are looking for a great Parisian vacation, look no farther than this apartment. Wow, what a gem. The pictures that Johan provides in this apartment's profile is absolutely true and genuine.
3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath apartment with fully furnished kitchen and a great lounging living room is what you are getting but this is only a part of the value. The other value is the location...right in the 7th arrondissement. Literally 4 minutes from the Metro, within 10 minutes walking distance of the Louvre and the Musee D'Orsay, what more can you ask for.... Bistros, Boulanger, markets within 5 minutes of the apartment further adds to the charm of this location. The Eiffel Tower and the Military Museum (including Napoleon's tomb) within 15 minutes. Everything was so convenient with the location of Johan's apartment.
We had 6 people in our Paris vacation from June 23 through June 30th and everyone had a fabulous time.
I highly recommend this location if you want a home base in Paris right in the thick of it. You can't go wrong!
We stayed here as a family of 6 (including 3 teenagers and a 5 year old). This is a huge and spacious, clean apartment. It is in an amazing location (5-10 minutes to the Orsay and 2-3 minutes from the metro). There is a great bakery nearby and lots of local cafes. We got something from the bakery every morning but didn't try the cafes right there. The apartment has a big kitchen, huge living room and wifi-although be warned, the wifi is spotty in the bedrooms. They were delayed checking us in but that was a very minor inconvenience. Just be clear about when you will need them at the apartment. We loved our stay here and would stay again.
This property promised so much from the photographs and the reviews. However, our family of 6 adults were very disappointed with so many aspects of this property. The best part of the apartment was the location and its size. We found it very frustrating that we had no internet for 3-days out of our 5-day stay. Even more frustrating was that there was only one key and this made life very difficult as we tried to coordinate with each other and spoilt our enjoyment of being in Paris. It would not seem too much to ask for an extra key even with the threat of a fee of €500:00 to replace it if we lost it!
We found that the quality of the beds, pillows, sheets and towels fell way short of what we would have expected and hoped for in a property that was so expensive. One of the rooms only had hand towels on the bed rather than bath towels. When this was pointed out to the agent, he shrugged his shoulders. One bath towel was found in another bedroom but that still left us one short for our entire stay.
We also felt that the apartment was not quite clean enough. While the floors had obviously been swept, there were still some crumbs on the floor and fluff and dirt in the corners. We had to buy some paper towels to wipe down the benches and some of the tables because they were a bit grubby and the inside of the cupboard draws needed a good wipe down before you could use them; that is if you had a room with cupboards that were not being used as storage! In addition to the above, the ensuite shower was covered in mould and barely any water came out of the shower head because it was cacked over with calcium. Also, the shower head in the main bathroom kept falling down so we had to secure it with some dental floss, the only thing available to us! We have photos to back all this up. Some light bulbs were missing and in all fairness, these were replaced 4 days later, the day before we left!
In a premium property we expected to find some of the basic things such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper at the very least. Little touches would also have made such a difference, things like quality toiletries and a decent supply of toilet paper, rather than the miserable half a roll that was there.
We had all just stayed in some apartments in Vienna, so we had a direct comparison between those apartments and this one. I regret having to write such a negative review, which incidentally is the first time I have done so.
We recently completed a five night stay in Paris at this beautiful apartment. We were a family of six with four children ranging in ages from 11 to 19. This apartment is incredibly spacious with a huge living/dining room that is absolutely gorgeous. The three bedrooms are all large and the kitchen is nicely updated. The building itself feels very secure and safe and you could hear a pin drop in the bedrooms at night. They are very, very quiet.
The number one reason to rent this apartment is the location. I literally can not imagine a better location to explore Paris. Located in the 7th and on the border of the 6th, you are walking distance to most of the sites in Paris. Granted we are big walkers, but we didn't once have to use the Metro or taxis. We felt so safe and really enjoyed many of the cafes right around the corner.
Johan and his team quickly refunded our deposit upon completion of our stay and all of our dealings with him and his team were great.
This really is a great value to get a three bedroom apartment in one of the most expensive areas of Paris.

This apartment is in a great location, close to many of Paris's highlights, yet still on a quiet street. The apartment is lovely and very spacious. There are three good sized bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen is quite nice, and though we didn't cook any meals there, we easily could have, since it was fully equipped. There is a cafe just a few steps down the street, and a small market just around the corner. Also, a lovely church and playground/park just a half a block away. The Metro (Solferino), and the more active streets with many shops and cafes are just a couple of blocks away, making this location very convenient to all that Paris has to offer. Our family of five loved this apartment.

My family and I stayed for 5 nights and were very happy with our stay. The apartment is beautiful, just as the pictures show. Our family of 6 was plenty comfortable staying here. We were provided with everything we needed- towels, linens, utensils, etc. The location was ideal for us as well, we walked many places and there is a metro stop located a few blocks away. Check-in and check-out were simple and hassle free. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris!
