We had stayed 18 months ago in Monmartre and were keen to sty in the area again given we'd had a wonderful time previously. We chose Le Relais Monmartre due to the trip adviser reviews and were not disappointed.
It's a really nice quiet hotel in a brilliant spot. You will need to take your luggage up a bit of a hill if you are coming by metro but not such a big deal.
Value for money is very good as the rooms feel a bit larger than regular Paris rooms. They were always clean and quiet. We faced the road on the third floor.
Staff were friendly, although a couple of times at night we waited about five minutes to be let in the front door.
Location is great if you don't mind a bit of a walk. Sacre coure is just up the hill and there are plenty of food shops and restaurants close by.
All in all a very nice hotel in a very interesting part of Paris.More
