Thank you for your message which doesn't at all reflect the truth of what you're stating but reflects who you are. First of all I didn't rush to leave the hotel, I left at 9 instead of 8 pm just to solve the problem and make you enjoy your stay. I am professional and I know how to manage my duty. Second, I didn't wait until expedia calls to switch you to another room. I did it in the 10 mns following your check in. We understand that with the heat in Paris,, it's unbearable a room without airconditionner. I already presented all my excuses the day you checked out and you said that the most important that a solution was found and that you enjoyed your stay very much!
I don't think of changing my hotel, then it's up to you may be to change your opinion.
