This little hotel is located about 5 min walk from the famous tower. The rooms are nice and clean. The reception staff very friendly and helpful. It may be an idea to check the maintenence works on the metro before you book. We were unlucky that the local line was down for repairs and the local RER line partly as well. That was not a big problem because we like walking. If you don't - check beforehand:-) Apart from that it was a very smooth and pleasant experience.

My family and I stayed here for 2-3 nights. Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready, however they offered free breakfast everyday during our stay to make up for that. Breakfast consisted of the basic breads, croissants, eggs, bacon, coffee, juice, etc. The Eiffel Tower is about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. The metro line which takes you to most of the sight seeing places in Paris is right across from the hotel. Very good restaurants around the hotel as well, as well as a small market which is down the street if you just wanted some snacks or something to munch on while in your room. The location is very safe, especially if you're wandering around at like 12 midnight or 1 in the morning. The rooms are a little on the small side, but still clean and comfortable. Wifi worked very well in my room. Elevator can squeeze two people at most, otherwise you're stuck using the stairs. The staff is very friendly, as well at the cat that stays in the downstairs lobby. Overall, great place to stay while in Paris, I'd definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay three-day-stay at the Eiffel Seine Hotel very much and will definitely go there again on any future visits to Paris. We have already recommended it to our friends. We were happy with everything about the hotel. However, one of the receptionists did his best to persuade us to book the shuttle back to C.D.G. Airport on both Tuesday and Wednesday telling us both times that a taxi would cost 60 Euro and that our proposed transport by train would be affected by repairs on the railway. As I had read previous Tripadvisor reports of the shuttle going to various hotels first before setting off for the airport, we decided to stick to our railway plan. Because of the warnings, we left an hour earlier than we considered we needed to, the cost was 9.50 Euros each, there were no workings on the railway at all, so we arrived at the airport with a large amount of time to spare.

Your room will be small but beautifully constructed by a good designer, good hanging and shelf space for a short stay. The bathroom bright and clean as a new whistle, with as my wife says
good lighting for the make-up! Given that this was an old bar 10 year's ago, the place has stood the test of time and intensive use. Breakfast was good too, you had the choice of a full break-fast or a croissant and coffee at a much reduced price. Perhaps the best part of my recommendation
is the very personal attention given to each clients questions by reception, one Japanese Lady who spoke zero French and not too much 'Enliss' had a devoted 10 minutes of the desks prime morning time as each of her questions were fully answered. The hotel is well sited with buses and metro adjacent. Don't think of driving a car anywhere nearby, parking does not exist around-abouts. As apart from breakfast they serve no meals, so their recommendations are vital they sent us to L'Atome one block down the road, it was so typically old Parisian style with chef prepared food = gaps between courses! that we ate there twice! and it was crammed both times, so a table reservation recommended! as it's only one corner down.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the back, those infront have the metro and a main road to listen to! Back rooms ar...

The location of the hotel was great.... three blocks to the Eiffel Tower. Our family of four had booked two twin bed rooms, and was given a king size bed and the other room had the twin beds, but was on a different floor. The rooms were small, and when the luggage was in the room, you couldn't walk around the bed. We had some difficulty when booking the shuttle from the hotel back to the airport. First I was given the incorrect change, which was corrected after the "mistake" was pointed out. The morning we were leaving, the shuttle arrived, and we were told it had two more stops to make. I was told I should have requested the VIP service. Well, it is hard to request something if you don't know it exists. So we refused the shuttle and had to hail a cab at the last minute, which turned out to be 12 Euros LESS than the shuttle. We did not try the breakfast, because it seemed overpriced, but it did smell good. The staff during the day was very helpful and gave wonderful suggestions on dining out and activities. It was fine for two nights, but I don't think I would stay there again.

The Eiffel Seine is a comfortable, quiet and convenient alternative to being jammed into a tiny room in the Latin Quarter or St Germain. Not that the rooms are large, but they are very adequate. Very helpful staff, very convenient to the C line on the Metro which gets you to key areas swiftly. Rooms are pricey for what they provide but you can get bargains with air packages that make the cost more reasonable. And there is something intangible about being able to walk out of you hotel, turn a corner, and be greeted by the Eiffel Tower.

Stay at the Eiffel Seine if you are looking for:
1. 5 minute walk to Eiffel Tower
2. Clean and comfortable accommodations (including soaking tub & Juliet balcony)
3. Friendly and helpful staff with excellent English communication (24/7 monitoring of front desk and staff seems committed to providing a pleasurable stay)
4. Safe area surrounded by dining and shopping opportunities (Our favorite restaurant: Firmine)

This was our first time in Paris, and this location was ideal for us. We would highly recommend for any couple looking for a romantic stay in the city.
