What a perfect location just around the corner from the Eiffel Tower and right across the street for the Metro. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is a nice boutique style design, black and red throughout.

The wifi is free and fast and you will get a password and code from reception, we brought our iPads and downloaded everything we needed for the day, really useful.

The hotel offers a free breakfast for the first morning (as an incentive) but we never made it up on the first day in time (served 7-10!) after that its 17e each which is a bit steep for a buffet, we ate out so can't make any real comments on it.

There are only 3 English TV channels and they are CNN, and BBC world news, you don't come to Paris to watch TV but a few others would be nice while getting ready to go out.

The lift holds 3 people which would be very interesting to see and very cosy! We stayed on the 6th floor and had a courtyard view out, nice and quiet and no traffic noise.

We chose this hotel as part of a Eurostar package and would definitely recommend this little hotel for its cleanliness, design and location.

The Eiffel Seine Hotel is a wonderful hotel in a great location. We selected the hotel based on reviews and its location. There were four of us (2 adults, 2 teens) and we reserved the family quad. Our rooms were not linked but shared the end of the hallway with a door before the room entrances. This door locked and was opened with our room keys. This was a great arrangement! We could have the privacy and space we wanted. The rooms are spacious by European standards. Everything was clean and well maintained. RER and Metro station was across the Boulevard. The trains connected to everywhere we went in Paris. The staff were very helpful and polite. Spoke excellent English. The Effel Tower is 10 minute walk at most. The street noise that some have mentioned diminished by 10:30 PM when the metro schedule slowed or stopped. I found the noise no worse that any other major city hotel. We had a room that fronted bd de Grenelle. I highly recommend the Effel Seine Hotel!

This was my 15 year old daughter and I first trip to Europe. We had no idea what to expect. The hotel was great, the staff very friendly, the place clean and in a perfect location. Like any hotel close to a very touristic place, there could be some noise early in the night. I would definitely love to stay in this hotel again if I went to Paris.

Easy to find as it is directly opposite the Metro (Bir-Hakiem), in an excellent location only a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Metro will take you anywhere else you wish to go in a matter of minutes. Upon arrival the hotel staff were warm and welcoming and explained everything in good English! We were handed a map and then given a room up on the top floor which overlooked the river. I must say we didn't find the noise to be a problem but that is possibly as we have a toddler at home and it was so peaceful without her, it may also be the fact that we did so much walking that we were exhausted! Included in our price was breakfast, now I must say if we had paid for this I would not have been happy, there was not much in the way of choice and it was a bit sporadic on what you got depending on what time you went down. The earlier you got down the more options there seemed to be. If you haven't opted for breakfast there are lots of little cafes locally that can provide this at a good price. The hotel provided free wifi, an honesty bar (!) and free printing should you need it. The rooms aren't massive but at the end of the day we weren't there to sit in our rooms, they were clean and tidy and pleasant enough. The one thing that did concern me slightly was that you handed in your keys to reception everytime you went out but we noticed when we came back in even if it was someone on reception we hadn't seen before they were happy to give us the key without checking who we were, possible security issue?
There were far more positives though than negatives and without a doubt we would stay here again if we were to go to Paris.

After a week of business in Paris, my wife joined me for the weekend. We chose the Eiffel Seine Hotel after reading favourable reviews on TripAdvisor. We were very pleased with the choice. We had booked a standard room for 3 nights (Friday through Monday), but were informed at check-in that we had been upgraded. The location of this hotel is excellent, right beside a Line 6 Transit Stn and within a block of an RER C Train Stn. The Eiffel Tower is about 3 blocks away. The hotel room was not large, and while I didn't get a chance to see the standard rooms, a map of the floor layout suggests the standard rooms were quite a bit smaller than our upgraded room. So if you need a sizeable room, this might not be the right place for you. But we weren't in Paris to spend time inside a hotel room, so the coziness of the room was not problematic for us. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. We had one free breakfast with our visit, so we tried the basement restaurant on Saturday morning. The breakfast was good, but I believe it was priced at 16E and we don't eat enough at breakfast to warrant spending 16E, so our preference was to go out for a coffee and croissant for mornings when a free breakfast wasn't offered.

Very easy to find, easy check-in, helpful staff and very clean room. Rooms are small, but this is Paris, and it's a little noisy (this is Paris!), but nothing that earplugs won't help. Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't have it, but there's a very nice cafe next door that does wonderful crepes and pizza. Wifi was free and fast. Will definitely stay there again!

I have spen 2 nights there ( 1 adult and 1 kid ) and have a triple bedroom, there some good things and things less good.
Good things are location, metro on door steps, close to eiffel tower / trocadero place and also boat cruise, easy to have restaurant not far ( just next door ) and you can still get the wifi from the hotel while eating in the restaurant next door.
My room was quiet as the window was not located on the main street where is the metro station.
We had breakfast there as it was including in my booking 225 per night, was not bad but not that many choice, just one juice available for example, hot meal was sausage, boiled eggs and bacon, 3 small pot of jams on your table, you can have some yoghurt actimel, ham, salami cheese, fruit salad but no fresh fruit available for breakfast.
The bedroom had facility for coffee / tea ( free of charge ) as well as mini bar. safe box, Tv, small sofa ( convertible in bed - we did not used it ).
The bad things were the bed was just 2 single beds together and not a double as in my booking, not comfy to sleep with a kid. The light in the corridor when you leave your room is automatic but took so long to turn on that you walk in the dark until nearly the lift which is small and limited to 3 people or 225kg in total. My daughter was scared to have a bath as there were so many chips inside, which is unacceptable for a 3 stars hotel when there is on the market some kit to repair scratch of this kind without having to change all the bath tub.
Reception was fine, everybody was polite and nice, you will always find people present there 24H/24 as you have to leave your key when you go out. Wifi was perfect, I request 2 codes for the 2nights we spent there and no concern to have access with IPAD and IPHONE.
