I just returned from a 4-night stay at the Eiffel Seine Hotel. The location was excellent - so close to the Metro and the Eiffel Tower. We saw the Eiffel Tower several times a day, during the day and at night, which was really nice because the weather was not great so were were able to get good pictures during the brief periods when the sky was clear. We just had a standard room, but found room for our 2 huge suitcases and all our carry-on luggage. The hotel was very clean. Our room faced the courtyard and we couldn't believe how QUIET it was! The street noise was totally blocked. There was a hairdryer, shampoo and soap in the bathroom. Nice, hot showers with good water pressure. A pot that boiled water to make instant coffee that was provided, along with several tea bags, cream and sugar. If you walk out the hotel and take a left, there are several restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries. Very convenient. The staff provided good tips for restaurants and spoke excellent English. Would stay here again.

Stayed for three nights due to Tripadvisor reviews and also because they have larger than average rooms i.e.Superior.
I agree with the reviewer who said this is a good choice for first time visitors who are perhaps a little nervous or those who like to be in a touristy area.Everything you need as a first timer is close by and the staff are wonderful, eager to help & happy to speak English.
I would however suggest that you book room only.Sadly, the breakfast is poor and expensive at 17Euros per person.Cafe next door is open early and there are other alternatives nearby.

Room Tip: If you want extra space book a superior room.Reasonable size.Bathroom however is small.

We booked a 3 night mid-week break via the Eurostar website, I emailed separately and asked for a room on a high floor - well worth doing as we were on the top floor which put us above the road and metro noise and gave us a good view of the Seine across the quai
The room is advertised as 13 sqM and it is quite compact but not too bad and is well-appointed. You can walk around the bed (just!) but you need to be intelligent with where you put your cases and how you use the space. I would recommend no more than 2 small cases or one medium if you can manage it. Small hotel rooms are the norm in Paris so I was prepared but it was the nicest small room I have stayed in so far!
The location is RIGHT outside the metro station and on the corner of a relatively busy road junction however we weren't troubled by too much noise - am not sure what it would be like on lower floors though. It takes 5minutes to walk to the Eiffel Tower and a 10-15min metro ride (with changes) to get to the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe etc. which we thought was perfectly ok.
The front desk staff were fabulous and very helpful, smiley and friendly - a definite plus for this hotel.
We didn't try the food as there are plenty of cafes and brasseries nearby for breakfast/dinner which are slightly better priced.
We are unlikely to get the opportunity to visit Paris again in the near future, however if we did, I would stay here again no question.

Room Tip: Ask for a high floor to avoid street/metro noise if you're a light- sleeper.

We spent a couple of nights here in early January and it provided a really great base for us to explore Paris from. It really is only a couple of blocks from the Eiffel Tower and a 15 minute walk takes you straight to the Champs Elysees. To be honest, we didn't find the front desk staff as helpful and friendly as other reviews have mentioned - they were quite cold and reluctant to advise and recommend anything to us when we asked, almost as if it was a hassle for them, but maybe we found them on an off week! We went for the Superior room which was very smart and clean with the most comfortable bed I've slept on in a long time - the extra space we gained from spending that little bit more was definitely worthwhile for us with all our luggage. Overall though, hard to fault!

The staff at the hotel, especially the front desk staff, were truly the best I've experienced. They were helpful even before we arrived at the hotel. I had some issues arranging our travel plans which they totally assisted me with thereby alleviating what could have been a very stressful period. (I was planning to propose to my now fiancé.) And when we arrived they were so helpful throughout our stay that it made our time in Paris a dream. The hotel is also very charming, the rooms are great, and it's location was perfect! The bar is a really cool amenity and it came in handy the night of our proposal.
