My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and in that time we dealt with 4 separate reception staff all of whom were so polite and helpful they really couldn't do enough for us. From helping with maps and booking restaurants and taxis and making sure to give us an umbrella one day so we didn't get wet, I really thought they were fantastic. We had a nightmare with Super Shuttle who we had booked to take us to beauvais and the guy on reception was so helpful, called them 3 times for us and confronted them about lying about the times they gave him after 2 calls when they told him it would b only 5 mins each time.

The standard room was small but clean and luxurious. The shower was fab also. I have to say it was a great stay.

It wouldn't be suitable however if u had any issues with mobility as there are a lot if hills and steps.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you very much for your very kind comment.
I was happy to meet you and to assist you with your shuttle. We do not recommend our future guests to book shuttles. There are taxis outside each terminal. The rates from / to the airport are around 50eu for a 40min ride.
Your comment has been forwarded to our front desk staff and they are very happy to hear that they made your stay a very nice moment in Paris.
We look forward to welcoming you again, and thank you again for taking time to write this review.

Best regards

A very clean hotel with a thoughtful attention to detail. Interesting decoration throughout with variable themes and bright colours.Friendly and efficient staff providing excellent service. Good location for exploring the fascinating area of Montmartre. Would definitely go back when next in Paris.

Room Tip: Ask for a de luxe room at the rear of the building.

The service and location of this hotel were fantastic.
Rooms are small but clean and quirky.
Location is the closest hotel to Sacre Cour and it is literally at the bottom of the steps.
The service of the staff was possibly the best hotel service I have ever had, they went out of their way to please you.
Breakfast was simple and fresh.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the Montmarte area and would definitely stay again.
The rooms are themed with love stories from different couples in French history which makes for an interesting stay.
To top of the amazing service I left my phone in the taxi on the way to the airport. The staff spoke to the taxi driver and arranged for it to me sent back to me in Australia. Truly fantastic service!

Room Tip: Ask for a higher level so you can get a view.

Anyone looking for an intimate place to stay, with that special person in your life, then this is the hotel for you! Its location within the Sacre Coeur, Place du Tertre and cafe-bars of old Monmartre, make it perfect! Aurore and Daniel and all the staff were an absolute credit to the hotel, they simply were brilliant arranging, booking, juggling with timetables and looking after our needs! We will be recommending this hotel to all our friends!

We celebrated our 25 years marriage at this hotel and enjoyed every minute. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very special, each with its own theme. We were lucky to be with Mrs. Étith Piaf and her boxing husband, Marcel Cerdan, and as we understood these two had a very stormful and not 100% trouble-free marriage. So - a Little in contrast to the two of us, being together, without major issues for 25 years :-)

A N D a fantastic nice breakfast = being in France, this is not common.

Room Tip: Any room is good, but if you are two, do not select the smallest ones ( so is Paris ) :-)

Just what I was looking for, for a romantic getaway. My partner just loved this hotel. I really couldn't fault it. When I return to Paris, I would definitely book again. Five mins to metro, Montmartre at top of steps.

Room Tip: You dont get this type of hotel at home, book and enjoy.

Perfect location, dream rooms. If you want to stay somewhere at you will remember for a long time then this is it! Chose a room with a little bit more room which made all the difference. Hotel was only 100m from the steps up to montmarche but is on a quiet steet, so a great combination.

Room Tip: Had a look at a few rooms but all looked great but choose one with a little more space.

Dear Sir or Madam,

We are very pleased to read that you enjoyed your stay with us.
For all our potential guests, the upgrade to a Superior room only costs 40eu per night, while staying in a Deluxe room, 60eu.
They, together with being twice as big as classic rooms, include a mini bar, larger TV screens, music docks, tea and coffee facilities etc..
We would like to thank you for taking time to write this review and hope to have the pleasure to welcome you again in the future.
