Dined there late on a weeknight. Food was inexpensive and very good. Tried a few different wines. Staff was friendly, happy to recommend wine. Atmosphere unpretentious and laid-back. I would gladly go back.

The location is easy to find and is just off the main avenue which reduces the traffic and noise. A friendly place with a nice selection of parisian foods which are well prepared and presented. A nice quiet place to meet friends for a drink and/or dinner.

We checked out this place based on the reviews. We were happy with the service and the food was tasty. We did not reserve a table, just turned up around 7. The place then quickly filled up. The waiters were good, smiley and explained the menu in English. Liked the beer from the tap.Can really recommend it. Two mains , 2 beers and a coffee with the tip was 50 EUR. Mains around 13-18 EUR.
Thanks guys for the experience.

This was a very nice little restaurant. We visited on a friday night, and the place was buzzing, but the staff was very friendly and made us immediately feel welcome, even though they seemed really busy. We waited for a table for about ten minutes, but it was worth the wait. The menu was all French, the waiter did his best to translate. This is definitely not one of the Parisian tourist rip-off places: the food was really simple, pure and traditional French bistro food, and the prices were very reasonable. Nothing too fancy, very cosy and nice atmosphere.

My gf took the time to find this little gem while we are on holiday in Paris. We checked it out on TripAdvisor and going by the great reviews decided to visit.

We didn't have a booking and never really thought about it being so busy which we should have contemplated with it being a Saturday night. However when arriving even though we were told they were completely booked the gentleman asked us if we would be happy to dine at the bar which we were ok about. He immediately made us feel very welcome and set up a place on the bar for us.

The service was very friendly and not knowing very much French wasn't much of a problem, knowing the basics helped a lot and the staff also spoke very good English anyway.

The flood was awesome especially the burger my partner had. I wanted the rump steak but this was sold out and I was offered an alternative cut. While it was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing it was very chewy and fatty but this wasn't the restaurants fault obviously. It also would have been nice if the steak had came with some sauce too but didn't and just came with fries.

The atmosphere was amazing and I could have stayed all night if we had a table. The staff were very friendly and were worth every penny our bill and tip.

We would definitely visit again when we return to Paris. Book and give this place a try and you don't be dissapointed. Only a ten minute walk from the Metro subway station and easy enough to find with Google maps.
