It was very nice and clean hotel. Very close to the metro and the rer station (we even took the rer from the airport wich was comfortable and not too complicated). The hotel is on one of the big streets so there are a lot of coffe shops, bakeries, shops and grossary shops. Which was very comfartble and usefull.
The only thing is the stuff didn't speak English and didn't know any information about Paris, even on Bastilia day.
The noice was not so terrible when we closed the window so it didn't bother us.

There were 3 of us sharing a triple room for 4 nights in May. The hotel is clean, safe and the staff was very helpful. We got into CDG and took the RER to the hotel - easy!

The bath had plenty of hot water and our window had a peek-a-boo view of the Eiffel Tower. We didn't try the breakfast at the hotel - there's a Paul's bakery right around the corner.

There's a Monoprix grocery store across the street to get water, wine etc. Also there is a market street across from the hotel as well. We bought some cheese and strawberries.

Easy to get around Paris from here. Very good value for money.

We stayed in the hotel quite a lot of times in the last couple of years and we always were happy. The rooms are really small but I like the area, the staff is always friendly and the prices are reasonable as well. The parking place is really small though and belongs to another hotel nearby but in Paris it's always an issue

We stayed 3 nights in late May. The rooms are small but well presented. It had everything we needed No complaints at all. It is a small basic hotel which serves its purpose. No other services really. There is no restaurant in the hotel but it serves a breakfast.

It is not described as a tourist area but there were many tourists in the area, if that makes sense. The Catacombs entrance is just across the road.

There is a McDonalds right next door where we had breakfast. There are many bar/restaurants around the area although they are expensive compared to London, in line with Paris prices generally. A pint of beer is minimum 8 euros. There was also an Aussie bar beside the RER station.

The main advantage was the communications. It is only 5 stops on the RER B line direct from Gare du Nord.

The Metro entrance is right outside the hotel front door. Lines 4 and 6, which goes to the Eiffel Tower in about 15 mins. We went to Roland Garros which was about a 25 mins journey.

It is also walkable to NotreDame in about 45 mins.

So getting around is very easy.

Overall a very good hotel.

this hotel was perfect if you want a clean, basic hotel. we did not eat in the hotel but the room was comfortable and very clean. the staff were very nice, professional and helpful. It was good access for the metro as we were spending 2 days at Roland Garros for the tennis. good restaurants nearby.
