The apartment is in a wonderful location with shops and resturants close by. It is clean and has everything you would need. The gentleman who meet with us and showed us around is really the cherry on the cake. He was very sweet and accomodating. The stairs is very steep though, so I would not recommend it to anyone who has mobility difficulties.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent booking and communication. Owner was there at check in, very nice people. Apartment was exactly as advertised. No complaints. Would stay here again and recommend to family and friends. Great area with awesome restaurants, shopping, ice cream, bakery, and bars. Close to Metro and walk to many popular attractions.
We stayed in this cosy flat for a week and had a great time. Our host met us when we arrived and spent time with us to familiarize us with all the electronics in the flat. He also gave us great directions on how to easily get to Versailles. He gave us information on restaurants and shopping in the area, including a great ice cream shop within walking distance.
The flat itself is lovely, very comfortable and has everything needed. It is in a great area and we were able to walk to everything! There are also lots of restaurants just a couple of blocks away.
The flat is up four flights of stairs and they were a challenge! The average age of our group is 68 and none of us are in the best shape but we made it up these stairs each day.
I loved this flat and would definitely stay there again.
This apartment was perfectly situated, a very quaint, quiet street but literally a stone's throw from some wonderful restaurants, bars and loads of specialist shops. We could walk to a number of Metro stations, including Chatelet which is on the direct trainline to Disneyland Paris. We could also walk to Ile de Cite and Notre Dame, the Holocaust Museum, Picasso Museum and The Louvre, so we managed to truly enjoy and explore Paris on foot.
The apartment is so authentic and atmospheric - there's a piano, a beautifully tiled and well equipped kitchen, three double beds (although one is up a ladder to a mezzanine above one of the others - great for kids) and a rooftops views of Paris and the Centre Pompidou. Really recommended, we'd happily stay here again. There are about 90 stairs - but if you can cope with that (and our 6 and 12 year old were fine), it's a beautiful staircase and building and feels very safe. So much better than a hotel in Paris....
All of the major attractions are within walking distance. The apartment is very comfortable and the owners representative was very helpful.
A fantastic location and great apartment. Sylvie met us on the day of arrival and explained all we needed to know about the apartment. It was perfect for us and our two children. So close to everything, we walked everywhere - with supermarkets close by too. We only stayed two days but could have easily stayed longer. Thanks heaps!!
