The ornate metro station of Palais Royal is fairly extravagant but very pleasing to the eye. This metro station puts a smile on your face.

This is close to the Louve museum and across the French Comic Opera. Its the most beautiful station entrance in whole of Paris. Very nice!

There is a tiny little square called Place Colette. It is on rue Sainte Honore, near the Palace and across from the Louvre. The metro stop is called Royal and and after glancing at the entrance I came to the conclusion, in my great wisdom, that it is in the shape of a crown. Cute, but it is only the entrance to a subway station.

My friends and I were walking past this today and were wondering what it was, and discovers it to be a unique and ornate entrance to the Metro station. It’s quite beautiful and free to see, and is worth taking a look if you’re in the area.

I was curious to see what this decorated Metro station entrance was all about. It's kind of Bollywood and cool.
