Went with friend to Paris on girls trip. Absolutely fabulous. Modern, comfortable, welcoming, accommodating, quiet, interesting and great location. Accustomed to high end hotel travel in US and this was perfect. Upgrade room- was with the balcony and extra space. Would return (which I never do) and enjoy the experience.

My husband and I recently spent 5 nights at this adorable boutique hotel. We had a room on the first floor, which I wasn't sure I was going to enjoy, but it was fantastic. We simply walked up the flight of steps, much like we do at home. The themed rooms are a lot of fun, although storage is a bit of a challenge as there are no closets, just a "rack" to hang and store clothing items. The staff is terrific and had a great command of English and were most helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean! We loved the common areas and the afternoon snacks, along with the free items in the minibar and free Wifi! Overall a great experience!

A well located hotel with lots of nice touches to make the guest feel welcome. Professional and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure a stress free vacation. Would like to have given it an 'excellent' but the room just let it down. The themed idea is OK but it really does rely on taste and our room (614) was far too masculine for my taste. A full sized punch bag in a room already struggling for space was like having another occupant to navigate around, there was a further punch ball on the ceiling and boxing gloves and skipping ropes over the bed, couldn't they just have pictures? The bathroom had a black sink which never looked clean because every water mark was evident. We had five coat hangers for two people and, I know, we could have asked for more but there was nowhere to put them. It was a nice hotel but it didn't feel luxurious and, for the price, it should have.

Room Tip: Unless you're really into staying in a gym don't stay in room 614.

Loved this hotel, excellent value for Paris. I'll return some day. Breakfast was also better than other 4 star establishments and the staff were personal and friendly. Interesting cellar area with move screen and various other rooms. Handy to walk to The Marais from here.
